This place is DISGUSTING. Your feet stick to the floor when you go in. The workers have stains on their shirts. You can actually see all of the dirt, grime, crumbs and sprinkles scattered about the floors and tables not just in the eating area but even behind the counter where your food is made. I cannot believe this place hasn’t been closed from health inspectors, I don’t think they have moved the machines and cleaned properly (if at all) in years, I don’t even want to know what kind of critters live in this place next to the ice cream. It used to have great management a couple years ago but since then you will not see one regular local person going here, it only stays open due to highway traffic not knowing any better. Way to ruin a family favorite. If I was corporate I would shut this place down and revoke the franchise license fast. We walked out disgusted with nothing and will not return.

Too Small, no Hotdogs on Menu! But I saw somebody get one! Slow service, they forgot my wife’s drink. Dining room too small. The DQ in Huntersville, now closed Was a lot better!

The Location is in the middle of Lowe’s Corp and many other office buildings. Its a DQ with the normal cones Blizzards and the like but, for some reason it seems that the service is lacking a bit. maybe its because, they have a captive audience they are in the middle of all those Offices not to mention they are just off a busy interstate. As… well as being in the middle of many Nascar Teams and their Million Dollar homes. Hey what good olé boy does not like them some Ice cream?

Don’t bother trying to use your in app 15% off… they refuse to honor it. Didn’t tell me that until I had already tapped the redeemed button on screen… can’t even use it now. That’s damn frustrating. So much for that trip to memory lane.

I stopped at this Dairy Queen, that is part of a gas station off of exit 33 if heading North on 77, for a dipped cone. There was no wait and a friendly staff which is always nice. There was a note in the door that said the Misty machine was down, but again, I wasn’t there for that anyway. It looked like the sign was new so I doubt that machine has been down for weeks. I appreciate the info regardless. Never good to be surprised!
Anyway, got my cone and it was great. Fairly generous size too.

Very disappointed I ordered a cake and when I went to pick it up, It was never made. This is the second time in a month I ordered a cake and they never made it. When they wrote the name on it, it was

Decent service but had a handwritten sign posted stating this particular DQ wasn’t honoring the «buy one blizzard get one for $.99». There is always a wait but not for very long.

Sometimes I have to wait longer than I’d like, but whenever I get a bogo coupon via email, I’m there. They’re expensive for ice cream, but at bogo it’s worth it. I always get two add ins!

2.5 Stars. This DQ is tucked into a gas station that is easily accessible from exit 33 off I-​77. The dining area is small but clean and the staff is nice but the product is hit or miss. I love that DQ now offers snack size Blizzards but some staff members can’t seem to catch on and make a Blizzard that stands up to the ‘upside down’ presentation. 50% of the time I end up w/​a nice, thick, perfectly blended treat. The other 50% I end up w/​an over-​blended, too thin product w/​mint extract swimming on top (as opposed to being mixed w/​mint ice cream.)
