I’m reminded every time I come in here why I don’t hardly ever come to this McDonald’s. I saw a drive thru lane that had 6 cars in it so I parked and come in to get a to go order. I stood here and watched the staff and the manager help three people at the window and look at me with no apologies and no comment about «we will be right with you». Sad for McDonald’s. You need better management and better customer service

Boooo! No sauce? No sweet and tangy chicken McNugget sauce? Common’. It’s that yummy sauce that makes me come in for those white fried things you call McNuggets.
Seriously, the last time I went here I ordered a ton of nuggets for a get together at my house — including sauce. I pay. I get to the window, then they give me my nuggets and tell me they have no sauce — literally not one. I was so bummed and many of those nuggets were tossed.
Otherwise, as the closest McDonalds to my house, it’s generally a decent McD’s. Friendly enough, though they are very slow compared to most.

Our experience at the Exit 33 McDonalds represents why I fear for this nation’s future.
I had an encounter with a teenage cashier who clearly intends to rely on her looks to get by in life, as she has no marketable skills and a lack of understanding of basic math.
I actually had to add 3+3+3 for the poor girl, as she argued — ARGUED! — with me that the total was 3 and not 9.
And then, she had to access the cash drawer TWICE because she couldn’t count my change back to me correctly.
I weep for the future.

Typical McDonalds off of I-​77 (Exit 33). It’s actually a bit hidden (behind some pretty decent sized trees) and across the street from a unique looking business/​shopping center — reminded me of European architecture.
Mooresville must have a sign ordinance since the sign is pretty small off of the road — but once you spot the place it doesn’t take too long to turn in (entrance is off of Gateway). I’m sure this place gets lots of traffic from the Hospital close by and nearby business centers.
