This store and the manager, Glenn, was amazing. Glenn saved me at 8:00 pm with a car battery that was not going to get me home. Great attitude and best customer service EVER! Highly recommend.

It’s rare to find good customer service within the retail stores. More often than that the sales person is either pushy and breathing down your neck or has no knowledge at all on the products they sell. I’ve been to both locations for batteries plus and Glenallen and mount prospect. I received nothing but good service and I was in and out in a flash. Both employees at both locations knew exactly where to find what I was looking for and were very friendly. Also it seems that every time you’re looking for something places don’t have it or they’re out of stock. Both places had everything I needed each time I went. Bravo!
