Blooma Blooma Blooma. The hour of my day I look forward to every single day no matter how tired or busy I am. What a wonderful place for mommas and expecting mommas to come to relax, exercise, and learn. I love talking with the other women there and hearing about their pregnancy journeys. The instructors are so friendly and encouraging, plus they are full of helpful tips and information about everything yoga and pregnancy. I had never even attempted yoga before I was pregnant and now I’m obsessed. What a great way to build strength, flexibility, and discipline all while doing something wonderful for your sweet baby too! The $ 80 a month I spend for unlimited yoga is more than worth it! One of the more affordable options in Nashville! Location is great because I live in that area of town, and if you’re craving a burger you can walk next door to Flip Burger after class! Lol! Thank you Blooma!

I have a monthly membership here and use it all the time! They have a good variety of classes, including lots of baby friendly classes and even kids or tots yoga. All the classes are great for varying levels of skill and the teachers encourage us to make it as difficult as we would like. Megan teaches a Vinyasa class open to anyone that is so relaxing! Great pricing, great staff, great mommy community.

This is a great place for pregnant moms and moms of newborns, babies and small children. I took a barre class in which all the ladies are able to bring their babies and wear them in their slings or let them lay on mats. It was a very welcoming and accommodating class. The rooms are quite small and there are only two studios. The childcare room is tiny. The women taking care of the children was lovely and so sweet and patient, I could tell she loved babies and kids. The individual drop in class rate is pretty high at $ 22, then add $ 5 for first child and $ 2 for each additional child. They have an unlimited class rate at $ 80/per month which is awesome if you don’t have any kids in childcare. It can really add up fast if you have to pay $ 5 every time you bring your kid. I would normally come 3 or 4 times a week so that adds about $ 60-$ 80 extra on top of your $ 80/month. So if you have that kind of money to spend every month then this is the place for you. Honestly I paid less in Los Angeles so I’m confused as to why their costs are so high.

My child has participated in the Blooma Kids Yoga Camp. Amazing! He has had so much fun. And he loved coming home and showing us new poses he learned. We will return for more classes, the staff is excellent, the facility is nicely laid out, and location is so easy to get to. Blooma specializes in mom focused areas, prenatal, baby and me, and children. But check out the classes because they also have yoga for dads, dance classes and a whole slew of things that are family friendly. Fantastic studio and a great addition to the Nashville fitness scene.
