Crossroads Family Dentistry

Dr. Sean Fox and his team (especially Vicki!) were extremely professional and efficient. They explained the costs upfront and ensured that I was comfortable during my 2 fillings. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Green Hills area.

I used to work at Crossroads Family Dentistry, I quit last March 2014 due to the dentist being inappropriate towards me! The things he would say towards me made me not want to be in the dental field anymore! He never did an exam after the hygienist was done cleaning my teeth, so I’m paying for it now!!! I don’t suggest this dentist at all!!!

This is the first dentist that I have been to since moving to Nashville a few months ago, and my girlfriend and I booked appointments on a whim with this office.
Everyone that works are Crossroads, is extremely nice and polite. They were really good about explaining that was going on, and why certain services were needed. While it was not the most up-​to-​date doctors office that I have been in, it was very clean.
The reason that I cant give them four stars is because of the wait time. I had an appointment at 10:40, so I showed up a few minutes early just in case I needed to fill out a stack of paper work. After they made a copy of my license and insurance and sat down, and waited. And waited. I didn’t get taken back until 11:30. The did apologize a few time while I was there and said that I doctor had some unexpected issues come up.
Even with the long wait time, the staff was nice enough, so I will be back in six months for my next cleaning.
