Domino’s Pizza

Ordered online and these guys were so fast! It said online that my pizza was going to take 25 to 45 mins. They were here in 10 mins! I live close by. I was tracking my order and they were on it! Good job Guys!

No eating out tonight we were busy watching UFC 194. McGregor is bad ass! New champion!!! Lol !!! He defeated Aldo!
Anyway ordered online our faves Thin crust pacific veggie pizza but used white sauce garlic Parmesan no red sauce. It was bomb! Kiddos fave was the Hawaiian pizza. Wow, It was fast delivery Daniel dude was nice And cute ;) Bön appetit !!!
Rainy Monday and kids were craving for pizza tonight I said fine because I wanted Domino’s ;) So we ordered Pizzaz for delivery via online. It was pretty fast in 15 mins. They have a «tracker» thing that you can see the progress of your order in real time. Pretty cool!
Food: all time favorites is either Pacific veggie thin crust Or Chicken & spinach with garlic Parmesan white sauce thin crust. Must have!!! Kiddos usually gets plain cheese or bacon & chicken toppings hand tossed.
Service: the delivery guys are always awesome, friendly attitude. Excellent CS. Highly recommended! And oh don’t forget the Parmesan bread bites hmmm nom nom nom! (^_​_​^)

Ordered pizza one hour before closing. Simple pizza just pepperoni and one with pepperoni and jalepeños simple no? They took our order down and then we waited… Waited and waited called to see what’s up and nobody answered the phone! Then it was too late because they close at 12. Checked my bank to see if I got charged anyways and I saw I did and the money got put back! Like really?! Not a even a phone call that the delivery wasn’t going to happen and my family all waiting hungry all dumb like for something that wasn’t going to come. Never ordering from here again!

Checked in on Unilocal 5 times and their check in offer is giving a free lava cake, whoop whoop. Love their pizza and conveniently locates to my house.

We ordered a chicken bacon ranch hand tossed but we received a thin crust. The carbonara pasta that was ordered was dry. Needed more sauce, it had no flavor. Don’t order during dinner hours your order will be wrong and you have to wait longer also.

Won’t order from here again. My husband usually prefers dominos over any of the other «chain» pizza places but we have been constantly disappointed with this location and tonight was our final straw. One of our pizzas was burnt with barely any cheese on it and cold, our other didn’t seem fully cooked and had an odd taste to it and our chicken kickers were all very small. Incredibly let down and definitely won’t be giving Dominos our business in any way in the future!

The boneless wings are a joke. I only received 4.02oz of chicken. My thumb was bigger than some of the pieces. Never buying boneless wings from here!

Bad on so many different levels. The manager was literally yelling at the employees in front of all the customers in the store which is horrible! Employees were completely unsanitary. With the same glove went from making pizzas to answering the phone, using the computer and taking cash then went back to making pizzas with the same glove. No one was wearing hair nets and the one making pizza had the longest beard of life. I work in customer service and I have worked at a pizza place, non of that is acceptable. Saw it all when I went to pick up a pizza, no thanks.

Shittiest. Dominos. Ever.
This lovely Dominos delivers to my area of Paradise Hills. Their chicken Caesar salad is really great (no creepy chicken pieces), however, there have now been TWO instances where I have ordered chicken Caesar salad (along with pizza and stuff for the rest of the fam) for delivery, only to receive salad with Italian dressing. Wtf?
So what happens is they run out of Caesar dressing and despite having your phone number, no one has the balls to PICK UP THE PHONE and call you. So almost an hour later when you get your food, everyone is enjoying the food they ordered and you’ve got Italian dressing that you didn’t even ask for!
The first time it happened I was really annoyed. I called the store, ate the salad without dressing, and I think they took my name down to give me a discount next time. But I waited a year before ordering again.
This time I was able to hand the salad back to the delivery driver, call the store, and demand that they refund the salad off my order.
I’ll stick to Pizza Hut and Papa John’s from now on.

Placed order at 6:30pm, its 720pm and still waiting. Not coming to this place again…

I have been ordering from this Domino’s for a few months now, usually my pizza comes out exactly how I order it and in a timely fashion. Today I had a small issue with an employee that seemed to lack attention to my order over the phone. I called back with a little bit of trouble but I talked to the manager and the problem was cleared immediately and she was very helpful and sent a complimentary item with my order. Overall very happy with the way everything turned out, so happy that I sent the manager a tip.

This domino’s isn’t that bad. I order my pizza over the phone, ask them to repeat my order just to make sure they have it right, and then I pick it up. Nice and simple. When they do get my order wrong though they have been quick to fix it. They’ll throw in a free side item or a drink of my choice. sometimes even a free additional pizza depending on how bad they messed up.

Seriously? You single out 1 employee by name in the event there is a complaint? Would Jacqueline receive a compliment or kudos if I was totally satisfied? I’m sure Jacqueline did the best she could with what training she has had!

I ordered 14 wings and two medium pizzas

All and all a waste of $ 36!!!
And the $ 3 delivery fee? That would be ok if it was going to the driver to cover the insurance, gas, oil, tires and wear and tear on their personal vehicles. If they could make 4 fresh deliveries an hour ($ 12) it still wouldn’t cover itBut I’m sure they get minimum wages and you have the gaul to suggest an additional tip when signing the credit slip! He did get a $ 4 tip for his pleasant demeanor!

They never mess up my order. I order delivery every couple weeks or so and we love ordering from dominos. The pizza is always hot, and we have had such good experiences with the drivers being super freindly. The website works great and runs smoothly.

I’ll begin by saying I generally enjoy Domino’s Pizza. Unfortunately, although Domino’s is a chain, which theoretically means customers should get a consistent experience among all its restaurants, this location is an especially weak link. I have never had consistently worse service from any business as I get from this one. For example, 100% of the time I order from this location I ask for extra sauce, but 100% of the time I do not receive it. I’ve also had experiences with them delivering almost an hour early on a timed order, nearly one hour late on a timed order, and delivering the wrong pizzas.
I believe in giving businesses opportunities to make things right, but I have logged over half-​a-​dozen complaints and have plenty of free and discounted orders on my account (which I have never used), but I literally do not remember the last time I had even decent service from this location.
Why have I continued to order from this location? Because it’s become something of a game– ‘Will they get it right this time?’ But enough is enough. I’m far more likely to try 7 – 11’s pizza before ordering from this Domino’s location again.

I come here often because of the $ 5.99 two medium two topping deal! Service is great, but it’s usually hit or miss. And when you walk in you’re usually greeted, but that depends on who’s behind the counter.
Would I come back here again? Sure, why not. I’ve had better service else where, but what do you expect for a pizza joint?

Ordered online, and found coupon for carry out special. Great deal, $ 8 lg 3 topping. Said it would be ready in 9 – 14 mins so I left immediately. Store was about 2 miles away, and pizza was ready as soon as I got there. Pizza was great (for a fast food restaurant) People shouldn’t expect gourmet. Ordered extra cheese as one of the toppings and may have expected a little more than what was on there, but it wasn’t minuscule by any means.

As a customer, I think that my expectations are normal. I enjoy the pizza and usually disregard the service. However, tonight was a time that I basically questioned «Why should I give you my money??» I was referred to the store locator number (1.800.dominos) and was told that the nearest dominos was the 702 Highland location and the number. I was also told that they were available for «carry out.»
I said, «Carry out? As in carry out only?» To which the customer service gentleman said «Yes. Usually just a formality, ask to speak with the manager and they can make an allowance.» :) «Great.» I said.
Well, I called the store and went through the whole story and was passed along to the Manager (His name is Max) and was told that he would be unable to take my order or have the delivery made because I was outside of the area. I explained that I was referred to them and told that it was possible. «Yeah,» he said. «It is possible, but I would have to give my guy an extra $ 1.26.»
?? So basically… he threw away about a good 60 dollars worth of money for his store because it was too much of a press to give the driver an extra $ 1.26… And basically equated my satisfaction of the product and worth as a customer to a $ 1.26…
Ridiculous customer service. Especially coming from a Manager.

Love coming here, especially since it’s $ 8 dollars for their large pizzas mon-​thursdays. As far as the venue goes, I order online without any trouble, come in and ask for my pizza and pay.
Fast and easy process, and they’re polite. The only downside is that they don’t offer any peppers, cheese, plates, or napkins.
