I only went in because of the store closing sale. I’m sorry I didn’t read these reviews before but feel better now after my experience. First of all, it’s a teeny teeny shop and the owner and an employee were there as I walked in yet didn’t acknowledge me for 10 minutes. Excuse me, but when you’re trying to get rid of all your inventory, shouldn’t you have better customer service? Anyway, I asked from my size and she refused to believe I wore what I told her and put me in some granny bra 3 sizes too big and was trying to tell me how great it looked. I’ve been to Linda’s and My Intimacy within the last year to be measured so I know I have accurate sizing. She literally said «I refuse to believe that is your size and if you want me to show you more this is what I have.» I told her I just wasn’t comfortable in what she was showing me and that was that. They didn’t acknowledge me as I left either. Glad I didn’t waste money there before and I won’t be sad to see them go!

Al of the previous reviews have been deleted. They now have a zagat rating sign in their window, however, they wrote in their own rating with magic marker.
Rude, owner: youll leave feeling bad about your body. Go to Only Hearts or Town Shoppe… No mommie dearests and good selection.

VERY rude owner ~ she seems to lack the personality needed to be in a service oriented profession. Her position as owner means that there is no one to … tell the Empress that she has no clothes.
We will never be going back, not when there is a much nicer place with much better service called «Only Hearts» a few blocks north on Columbus at 78 or 79.
