Very yummy and reasonably priced froyo, better than Pinkberry and Red Mango. There are a lot of flavored to choose from, I think original is the best. The staff are very kind too.

Less is more. This is the story of one fantastically reliable no-frills neighborhood froyo shop toward the far end of Borough Park’s 8th Ave Chinatown that gets this mantra right. No relation to the Lorax movie but cute name, nonetheless. Make no mistake, at an affordable 42 cents an ounce, some things have been trimmed, like the availability of 16 flavors others have(they have 8 – 10), fresh fruits(they had only strawberries at the time) though they still have over a dozen other toppings to hammer your sweet tooth and that’s still a good thing. They also have two sizes of cups. The GI-normous and the normal sized ones. It is often my suspicion that the prototypical froyo shops stick you with the larger cups to fool you into eating more than you really want… And burn $ 7 for that privilege. Not here. So although you have your pick of cups, if you choose the smaller cup, as I did, it came out to $ 3.20.(Psychology tells me to return sooner and more often, even in the dead middle of winter. Make sense?) Seating involves a few tables and chairs but we decided to take it to go. The lady in this mom and pop shop was just as happy to greet and thank us as we were to find froyo, as it is a cold day(yep, some believe 60 °F is borderline winter). Many other places in BK don’t even bat an eye to acknowledge your existence. I am ecstatic to finally check this place out as it’s been on my bookmark list for a long time. If you’re like me, who enjoys a quick froyo/mochi fix and ok with no-nonsense, no-frills, affordable tied to it, this is for you.

I would give this place 5 stars if they would have better toppings, the gummy bears are very hard, they aren’t easy to chew on, but besides the toppings they yogurt is very good even my little sister loves it

This place is good for decent price frozen yogurt. I like that it is self-serve, so you can get as much or as little as you want. I wish the fruit was a little fresher but hey this isn’t Pinkberry but a neighborhood frozen yogurt store. I like that I can mix my flavors and have quite a few options to choose from. They also have bubble tea but I have never tried it from here.

This yogurt spot is better than the one in Fei Long supermarket. It’s self served and pay per ounce. They have a few seating. They have about 8 flavors and it’s $ 0.42 per ounce. The price is really great. I got a good amount of yogurt with 4 flavors and no toppings and it came out to almost $ 3, which is the cheapest I’ve paid for any yogurt in the city. Usually I pay at least $ 5 for the same amount of yogurt. I tried 4 flavors, the original, mango, white peach, and strawberry. Out of the 4 flavors I liked the original the most because it had a tart flavor and I like the solid texture. The strawberry flavor was very creamy and tasted more like ice cream, it also melted quicker than the original. Overall, not bad, but not the best yogurt I’ve had.

Frozen yogurt here is amazing. They offer afew more flavors than traditional spots like Red Mango and Pinkberry. This is a major plus for someone as picky as me. I really believe all their flavors are home runs and if you don’t believe me try them for free as they are extremely generous with samples. My favorite frozen yogurt from here has to be the strawberry. Very rich with the right amount of sweetness. I usually get like four or five flavors in my cup and the price is around 6 bucks when weighed. There are little orange and gray bubble looking toppings that you can get that are also very fun with the desert. Recently, I tried their mixed berry smoothie and it was also amazing so they are also skilled in that department it seems.

Bubble teas and fresh self-serve priced by weight yogurt at awesome low prices. We had the regular bubble tea and the passion fruit yogurt. Both were fresh and came at a total of under $ 6. Friendly staff makes it even better. Highly recommended.

This place is a block away from my apartment! Which is a problem. :) It is pretty typical self-serve fro-yo, but the small staff is really friendly and lets me bring my giant dog to their outside seating. Can’t really find that anywhere else nearby. Also LOVE how tart the original flavor is. Lorax gets my vote!

There I was walking along ready to eat some Prosperity dumplings, and slurp a Ba Xuyen shake, and BAM, Lorax appeared! Suffice it to say: you can’t go wrong with the peach and watermelon froyo topped with fresh fruit and toppings. Another win for the block!

This place is awesome with my favor Green Tea. so Asian. Came here on a late afternoon for some yogurt. Not many people on the weekend except families coming in and out for a scoop or two. Price is really good only 42 cents oz which is a fraction what others charges. Enjoy!

I’ve tried vanilla flavors before but the one they have is way better! Self serve and the price is on point. A tasty way to cool off during the hot summer days!
