Sometimes there’s a wait, especially if you go during Happy Hour but that’s understandable. The hairdressers are very friendly and Katie does a great job! Went to one of the other haircut shops in the neighborhood when they opened up to try it and regretted it. Will keep coming back to this Supercuts.

This was my second time coming to this location. The first time went well, so I figured I would go back and take my 2 year old son with me to get his hair cut as well. Had my wife 2 daughters and of course my son with me. We went Friday after work and got checked in around 715. Long story short the stylist that should have cut our sons hair did everything she could to avoid it, to the point we started to feel disrespected and ignored. Today is his bday and we took him there to get his hair cut for his party tomorrow. When she finally came to get him a lady waiting on her bf asked a question and she took her over to the styling products and continued to ignore us. So we left at 8 and will have to find another place to cut his hair. They are supposed to be a FAMILY cuttery! My wife was so disappointed and upset. Oh yeah she called back and talked to the manager who admitted to seeing it all and said she wasn’t sure what was going on and thought that had happened but didn’t want to leave her client. Are you joking me?!

Jessika the manager is AWESOME! I love going to her and feel that she does a fantastic job! A+++ There are always great sales on product too. Great experiences!

When you go ask for Jessica! She runs the place and has a lot of experience styling hair. This is an incredibly welcoming and professional environment. if you give it a try you will not need to look anywhere else.

Katie did a fantastic job! I wanted a fun and stylish cut and got what would be an expensive men’s cut at a super cuts price. Supercuts has really stepped up their game! Will be back.

$ 16 for the most basic possible men’s haircut– plus tip. Took about 5 minutes. Nothing against the hair cutter. It’s just that the only reason I’ll ever go to this pace ($ 20x5min, $ 240/​hr) instead of Ed’s Barber Shop ($ 5 quality haircut) is if I absolutely must get my hair cut after 5pm.
So frustrating when you work an honest day and then overpay on something so silly.
I may once have been a guy who paid $ 20 for a simple cut, but now I can’t stomach it thanks to Ed’s.

I was unable to see my regular stylist at another salon so I thought I would give this place a chance after hearing good things from my mother in law. So I go in on August 9^th, Sunday at 11 as soon as it opened. I tell the women at the desk I am here just to have my black hair dye touched up, nothing more. I am assigned to Jessyka and after my hair was done, I thought huh my hairline is crazy when did that happen. Jessyka says, «oh there’s a little dye on your skin that will disappear after a few days» and stupid me, didn’t look any closer at it until later. So as it turns out, my blonde roots didn’t get covered up on this one place right above my forehead and there’s also a small stripe of blonde where she missed a spot. I don’t know what to do now but do not let JESSYKA near your hair. Omg.

My boyfriend and I always see Katrina, we absolutely love her, she does my cut and color, and always turns out incredible! And for mike she does a fade/​pomp! Super trendy and always adds her creative flare! She’s way too good for this place but we really appreciate her being there because I know she could charge way more for her services else where! I’ve sent a few people her way and everyone has been very satisfied! Thanks Katrina for always taking your time and making us look great!

I am someone who cares A LOT about my hair. I regularly visit Supercuts every 10 days and deal exclusively with Katrina, I plan my week and travel around her availability because I don’t trust anyone else to do my hair. She’s not only passionate about her work/​craft, but does an outstanding job listening to what I want and styling me exactly how we discuss… she’ll actually teach you about your hair type and the products/​styles that will look/​work best.
I can confidently say I’d follow Katrina to any salon, but because she chooses to work at Supercuts I end-​up paying a fraction of what should be a $ 30 cut/​style. I can’t speak for the other stylists who work there, but being a frequent visitor, I know most of them by face/​name and vouch that they’re all kind and fun individuals who make the trip a pleasant one. Supercuts as a whole (not just this Colley location) has an email distro list which does a fantastic job providing me with promotional discounts off haircuts/​products, you can even pre-​purchase haircuts and save $ 6 each time.
While most people won’t take the time to write a GOOD review, I wanted to take a moment an applaud Katrina/​Supercuts, I’m a very satisfied customer! I HIGHLY recommend asking for Katrina by name and waiting the extra time to have her work your quaff.

I’ve gone here a couple of times. They’ve never ruined my hair (I do a good enough job of that myself) but it’s also nothing to write home about. I tend to believe you get what you pay for, and for ten bucks, I consider myself fortunate to walk out with a reasonable trim. The staff has always been polite to me, although not overly talkative, and attempts to give a cut that is decent but generic.

Came here on Saturday at 4pm looking for a haircut. There was only one lady working and she told me the wait would be about 45 minutes. I asked her why only one person was working on a Saturday afternoon, did someone call off sick? She said no, that they weren’t normally busy. Well I see why, people won’t come and wait for so long for a haircut they can get elsewhere in 20 minutes. I told her thank you but I’m not waiting that long and I hoofed it on outta there to go down the street.
If they want more business add more help, people won’t wait that long, at least I won’t. Come on, this is Supercuts, you’re a national chain, show some pride… you’re better than that.

Worst service I have ever received. Only reason I have gone more than once was because I live a block away.
So far, I have gone twice, and had to come back to get my hair fixed both times.
One of those times, a lady was smoking outside and said she’d be «right in»?? And then proceeded to fix my hair without washing her hands… I’m sorry I don’t like nicotine hair, but thank you!
Sad because I’ve almost filled out that little free haircut card from other super cuts but it looks like I’ll be sticking to actual real barber shops.

I normally do not go to chain hair salons but the ladies at the Colley Ave. Super cuts do a great job. You do get what you pay for but I always go here when I can’t afford a fancy haircut. Ask for Kelly!
