Burlington Mattress

Had a great time flopping down on mattresses until we saw the one we wanted. Juan helped us and he was great. He was the only one working and there were two people ahead of us when we got there. He was fast… as fast as someone who cant type can be. But he would lift the mattresses way up high over his head to carry them out (unassisted) to the trucks. We didnt have a truck so we had to get delivery. Saturday. Which sucks but hey it was a pleasant experience.

Bought a bed for exactly ½ price of retail anywhere else. That right there was my favorite part.
They buy overstock or bedding that has minor packaging defects saves you hundreds! No product defects and possibly zero to minor packaging defects in the plastic wrapping.
I had done my homework on mattress construction and pricing. I don’t buy them often. Visit their website. They are forthright and honest about the business and mattresses. I was even able to fill out a form for pre-​approval of 90 days same as cash, which is a blessing for me. I could afford a better mattress than I had originally planned and again, I paid half of the 1399 price I found everywhere else.
I had an excellent experience with Rico. I struggle with a disability and he gently helped me off the bedding when I needed to lie down and try them out. I narrowed my purchase down to 3 and he made me feel like I could take my time. This set was an excellent purchase from the very first night of great sleep. The delivery was quick and they set up the frame and bedding and for a small fee hauled away used bedding and frame. I live rather far and delivery was under $ 30! The 2 delivery personnel were polite and professional.
Two friends recommended them and I will recommend them to anyone I know. Please shop this family owned business before going to that «other» big box store where foundations are often cheaply made just for them to sell to the masses. Or go there but don’t buy before checking out Burlington Mattress.

We had an awesome experience working with Ann from the NKC location of Burlington Mattress. I had visited a couple other places looking for a new twin for my daughter… her first big girl bed and a new king size mattress for me and my wife. Ann took the time to listen to my preferences and paired my needs with the perfect beds. I have to admit I am very hard to please and expect a lot from those I deal with, all I can say is Burlington Mattress far exceeded my expectations as a customer and I would happily refer anyone looking for a mattress to them without hesitation.
