The Greenhouse

Very nice. I had the Kale burger on the wrap. It was done fast. Nice combination of ingredients perfect for a day at the beach. It vegan. Although it is a little on the pricier side that is understandable because of its location. The patty even though it is pre made its a nice touch. They offer juices and smoothies. The ambiance is very beachy, very clean, no bad smells or anything. There are tables and chairs and a patio area with a couple of tables and chairs.

Just ate a delicious salad from The Greenhouse, very fresh and tasty. The best food I have had in OC so far.

So yummy, healthy and fresh, loved the bagel and lox and (beet/​carrot/​orange juice) you have to try this place after all thar heavy greasy food on the boardwalk.

Excellent sandwiches! The gluten free bread was great too. Also the service was sweet and personable :) would come back.

This place is awesome!!! Smoothies is a must. I would suggest the Mango-​Orange smoothie.

Great place for something light! We shared the everything salad with the house salad dressing. Amazing food, service! If we lived here we would definitely come all the time.
We also got the shrimp macaroni salad and that was amazing and definitely something everyone should try!

Greenhouse is arguably the kind of restaurant Ocean City has sorely been lacking. While OC offers plenty of delicious foods to try, the one common, unfortunate theme is that, in the long run, NONE of it is healthy for you. Sure, you’ll find a plethora of phenomenal seafood, gastropub, and boardwalk options but after awhile, the «Treat Yo Self» diet will take its toll. Greenhouse is the first spot in Ocean CIty that I can think of that delivers on taste and health.
Small menu, which means they put honest effort into whatever item you order. I love going here for coffee (instead of the over priced and long lines of Dunkin Donuts). Their breakfast wrap is delicious. They have meat and veggie sausage options for sides and wraps (the veggie sausage tastes identical to real sausage, by the way). The hash browns are delicious too. The smoothies rank as some of the best frozen (non-​alcoholic) drinks you can get in town.
One of the best underrated features of Greenhouse is the beer selection. About a dozen choices of different sixers of craft beer you can get for takeout. If you want to have a beer in-​house, they have several dozen options for your choosing.

Phenomenal choices, delicious food, and a wonderful owner. Definitely a must-​have for every trip to OC!

Delicious and healthful food options in Ocean City – what a concept! Great choices for a vegan besides fries and a boring side salad!

Hands down best healthy option in ocean city. Freshly made tuna and chicken salad. Fresh sandwiches. Healthy smoothies. Friendly, honest service. Beer on tap. I’m only upset that we didn’t discover this diamond in the rough sooner.
Ocean city has beautiful beaches but SO many sub par overpriced dining options. Do not take this review for granted. Save yourself some aggravation and cash by stopping through this cute shop and support someone that is not trying to rip you off.

It is hard to find gluten free foods specialy while on vacation. I found this place through a gluten free app and I am very glad I did!
I haven’t had gluten free bagel in a long time. I ordered egg and cheese café and my kids with cream cheese. I didn’t say to toast it so the cream cheese bagels were cold. Make sure u say toast then. We also had a oatmeal with fruits. Coffee is self serve and it’s delicious.
I looked over to the side and there is a bar. Kind of weird but I peeked towards refrigerators and I saw gluten free beer!!! Wowwwww!!! Too bad it was 9 am if not I would have had a few!
I wish I checked this place out earlier on my trip being that I’m checking out today.

The place is laid back, clean and nicely decorated. The food hit the spot, but to me, the service alone would warrant my return, thanks to the owner, Nancy.

Little café with big heart and fabulous gluten-​free food options! ! The bagels & lox were outstanding, you’d never guess what you were eating was gluten-​free (the bagels from Against The Grain bakery were superb). And this little café whips up one hell of an omelet — Spinach tomato eggs and munster cheese, oh my! Truly delectable. Wonderful service, very accommodating. They made us a bowl of fresh blueberries when we asked about fresh fruit, and it was perfect! Very good coffee and excellent ice tea rounded out our little brunch. We are DEFINITELY going back when we next visit Ocean City!

The food is so tasty, fresh, and amazing! I had the kale salad with an avocado vinaigrette soo YUM! My friend who got the breakfast burrito says it was the best he has ever had. A definite go to spot for food that makes you feel good in Ocean City!

Finally a place that I can go to that serves vegan food, while I’m in Ocean City! The California Wrap was very favorable. Food was a bit pricey, but eating healthy usually is! Nice place for a quick lunch.

Wow! This place is the best for fresh vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free. My husband had his first gluten free grilled cheese in a year and he is in heaven. I had the California burger on a spinach wrap. The owner is wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. The fresh brewed iced tea was great! We will be back with my family. A great place to bring the family for lunch or an early dinner after a long hot day at the beach.

This place has so much potential, the staff is so nice/​friendly, but the amount of flies really was a turnoff. After getting juice at the juice shack on 67^th street, I wanted to compare the green juice to this place. After sniffing the smells in this place, we were lured into getting food as well!
So I got the veggie sandwich, which has an assortment of veggies in it, with hummus, sadly I couldn’t taste that the hummus has an flavor.
My friends’ got the black bean burger, California Burger, and Ham Cuban? We also got the quinoa salad (both varieties)
All in all, it tastes like you’re eating a garden, not everything is super flavorful, so don’t expect that, but everything does taste super fresh. For Ocean City, the place actually serves vegetables that aren’t doused in butter or fried!
I would pass on the juices/​smoothies here, and try out the sandwiches/​wraps!
Juices and smoothies are the same price, small is 6 dollars, and large is 7.50.
Great little place, but considering we were the only customers there, the service was a tad slow. Definitely not super fast food, but you won’t feel like a whale after your meal here =)
