Crab Stop

I’ve been coming to OCMD for a while now, always looked for a place outside of the restaurants to buy crabs/​seafood. Today while on a jog I ran into this place, a few hours later went back in to give them my business!!! And I must say if it wasn’t for the young lady I would’ve left and never returned!!! The most rude, disrespectful, nasty and mean men I’ve ever seen in the customer service business!!! I was even told «we don’t care if u like our attitudes you can get out»! To say I was beyond taken back would be an understatement!!! They will never get my business and I will make it my business to make sure ANYONE I know traveling to Ocean City or looking for a Crab Stop knows this is NOT the place to patronize!!!

I have been coming to this place since senior week of 2014 «oh my»… I will say, I am NEVER disappointment. The service is simple personal and amazing. The prices are great (cheaper than anywhere else). Finally, the food is DELICIOUS. I will be back in town tomorrow and will buy some then as well!

Have been coming here for 10 plus years. Always very happy with food and prices. Al the owner treats you right. Crabs caught locally and clams are our favorite. They know how to prepare them right.

I went to this place with my girlfriend during our vacation to Ocean City. We lived in the Harrison and this place across the street and close by. I like crabs but I’m not crazy about it like my gf is. We decided to try a mom and pop place instead of the Asian market like we normally do. We ended up going there 3 times in one week and bought probably over 150 dollars worth of crabs. Hahaha. A little too much seasoning but other than that the crabs were delicious. The owner, who is a nice old man, even gave us a few for free. The price is not bad either, for crabs. Next time we visit Ocean City we’ll make sure to go back again.

This is the best price and great quality for crabs in OC :) I’m from VA and pleasantly surprise at their good deal for crabs… I’d walked over 30^th streets to look for the best crabs deal and this is the one I agree with (all those buffet and carry out places are at least $ 25 for dozen #2 crabs size, the smallest crabs ever size) and here is $ 25-​$ 28 for a dozen medium crabs size GREAT DEAL… friendly service and great crabs… Thanks God I didn’t listen to the review I read for this place in the beginning… highly recommended if you are craving for great crabs and good prices… five stars for this place

Deceptive advertising. Quoted us for large crabs, and then told us last that was a quote for medium large crabs after charging us double for the larges. Our bill doubled and when we demanded a refund they were very unpleasant. We’ll be changing our crab shack from now on. Buyer beware.
