There is always one thing that makes a difference between five star and two and unfortunately, there’s nothing the staff can do about this. The room was clean and spacious, the hot breakfast better than many out there, the staff welcoming and friendly. Why I won’t stay again after a trip earlier in the month? You can hear EVERYTHING going on in your neighbor’s room. The TV, the phone, conversations. You can hear the actual words being spoken, it’s that loud (dear neighbor, though I clearly heard your credit card you gave to someone over the phone, I’ve already forgotten it). So if your neighbor wants to talk on the phone all evening, or watch TV late, forget about relaxing, conducting any prep for your meeting the next day or sleeping. The walls are paper thin.
Whoever built this hotel put NO insulation between the walls. The staff has no control over that, and it’s a shame, because they have a great staff.

Wifi, breakfast, and parking all free. Overall the room was clean, cleaner than some 3.5 star hotels I’ve recently stayed at. There was a big annoying fly in the room that my bf had to kill. And the top comforter didn’t seem clean.
Breakfast was good for being free. Hot eggs, potatoes, and ham. Make your own waffles. Pastries, bagels, cereal, mixed fruit, and juices available.
Hotwire price we got was a good deal at $ 54 before tax. The price was so cheap it was enough for us to overlook the fact that they could only give us 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed. I’ve never had this issue before when booking through hotwire.

Let me start by noting I am rating this hotel based on what it is. Namely, the low price chain in the Club Carlson hotel group. For a budget hotel, I was happy with my stay. The room was clean, the front desk proactively noted my Club Carlson status and upgraded me to a suite and everything in the room worked well. The hot part of the free breakfast was not very good but the cereal, yogurt and gronala were more than sufficient for me. If this had been a Hyatt breakfast I would have been unhappy but the breakfast was exactly what Iexpected from a 80 dollar a night hotel room.

My hubby is currently a guest… or perhaps I should say VICTIM, at this hotel. He is in OKC for business. Arrived yesterday. Was out all day today conducting inspections. Is due to fly out early tomorrow morning. Was preparing himself for tomorrow and realized that the slacks and shirts for tomorrow were… GONE. Front desk claims that «there is nothing they can do, as they don’t know who cleaned the room and also have no way to contact them, oh and maybe housekeeping thought that the room was being vacated.» Well, if housekeeping thought the room was being vacated, when they found the shirts and slacks, why did they not turn them in to the front desk lost and found? And why were all of his toiletries and dirty laundry left in the room? Maybe because one of the shirts was a Tommy Bahama?
When I called the front desk to get the owners number, the clerk got a little pissy with me; however, when he saw my husband standing in the middle of the lobby filing a police report, he sang a different tune, even apologized to my hubby for the way he talked to me.
I am appalled and beyond disappointed.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The hotel was extraordinarily clean and the rooms were quite clean and well furnished. Breakfast was as good as one could expect.

Pretty good place to stay. Clean, quiet room. Nice staff, in fact when my hubby and I forgot our jackets they shipped them back to us (we just gave them our billing and shipping info). The breakfast was ok.
