Bought a Brazelian Blowout for my daughter. 2 hours prior to appointment, Carlos texts my daughter and tells her that 15% gratuity is required at visit. I e-​mailed Carlos to tell him I have never had anyone request a gratuity prior to work being performed and requested a refund. He states that because it is listed and less than 24 hr notice, he would not refund the amount ($ 100.00) paid. I asked him to reconsider and he refused. He was not pleasant and not a person I would reccomend to ANYONE.
