Orlando Vape & E-Cig

I stopped in on my vacation to Disney World after I had some dinner at that awesome Cuban restaurant in the same strip mall. Being a few hundred miles from home, I was running low on juice and stopped in to pick up a bottle or two. The staff are obviously big vape fans, and it really showed in their service.
They had a large number of flavors to sample, and were very knowledgeable in what they carried in their store. While they don’t have the biggest selection of everything I’ve ever seen, their inventory covered everything from beginners to enthusiasts. Their knowledge of the flavor profiles made narrowing down my choices easy. They appear to carry the higher VG juices more, which I prefer to the thin junk they carry at gas stations and «tobacco» stores
I walked out with 4 bottles of juice, a Dark Horse RDA clone, a Smok TFV4 mini, and 22awg kanthal. Their recommendations were spot-​on and I am one happy camper. They even offer a free sub-​ohm build with purchase of an RDA, which was a life saver while I was on travel.
The juice prices were very reasonable for a brick and mortar, however the hardware was a little on the pricier side. The hardware was a bit more than what I could expect to pay online, but that’s the cost of shopping in a B&M. However, with a staff as knowledgeable and friendly as they were, I would happily pay a small premium.
I really appreciate how I was treated, and loved hanging out for an hour or so to get what I needed (also some stuff I probably didn’t!). They even went out of their way to hunt me down when I forgot one of my new bottles there. I’ve been to a fair number of vape shops around the country, and this one ranks as one of the best so far. I’ll be back in the next time I’m in Orlando!

Decent selection of premium juices. I was in search of some High Rollers this trip and they had it all. In my experience Mod selection was decent for Florida area, but could be better as all Florida shops could be. Service was excellent. Knowledgable and friendly staff.

We are newbies and David was patient enough to explain the varieties of ecigs and flavors. He let us try a couple of different flavors, showed us how to use it, and started our kit for us. Extremely nice and great customer service skills. Will definitely come back to buy more and recommend to others!

The customer service was awful and the prices were extremely high, something that costs $ 29.99 other places costs $ 49.99 here! Don’t waste your money or time! Any e cig store I have been when you buy a battery the charger comes free with it, not here, the charger you have to buy separately! This place sucks!!!

As an out of towner from NY me and my boyfriend stumbled upon this place after stopping at three failed smoke shops, and we could not have been happier! The selection was huge, Pop’s (store employee) was very knowledgeable and let us try as many flavors as we wanted… and we pretty much tried them all, the store was clean and very well stocked. I would highly suggest this place for someone looking to get their vape stuff in the Orandlo area!

We recently took our first trip to Disney World and upon arrival in Orlando at the airport, I had lost my Prodigy V3 that I have had and loved for over 3 years. It was an emergency situation for me. I took to the internet and found this shop was only a block away from our hotel.
A lot of people vape as a hobby and know a lot of the technical side of vaping, I am not one of those people. I had a build I liked and knew everything about my setup, but not anything outside of my Prodigy. I figured it was time for an upgrade so I went to this shop, explained the situation and lack of knowledge to the man behind the counter and he took the time to sit me down, showcase all the different stuff they had and find what was right for me.
The shop keeps name was Pops, and I can’t express how truly awesome Pops is and he single handily saved my vacation. He was well spoken, informative and honest about what he was trying to sell me. Even taking the time to show me all the ins and outs of what I was buying and how to us and maintain it.
I ended up getting an iStick 50W battery and a Kanger Subtank Mini, which was quite the upgrade from the Prodigy I had lost. It was intimidating at first, but he showed me everything I needed to know and it’s been two weeks since I bought it and I couldn’t be happier with what I got.
If I ever have the chance to go to Disney World again, I will definitely be shopping here for all my Vaping needs.

Awesome shop! Great flavors and customer service just ask if you need help. Awesome prices on juice and mods check it out if you have the time and if you don’t make the time.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My price range was criticized. When I asked for suggestions on flavors I received only silence. I will never return here.

Horrible. Everyone talks about the customer service of this place and they all had a completely different experience then we did. Ignored when we walked in the shop because he was too busy flirting. When we asked for an opinion in an rda starter he told us to buy this this and that without an explanation. We stated we were looking for information on how to start and he brushed us off as tourists wasting time.
We left the store to have dinner but decided to return after to try out some ejuice and hoping to actually have a chance to talk about mods and rdas. Let’s start out by saying; their station was disgusting. Everything was covered in juice and was poorly labeled. Instead of stickers everything was written in sharpie that has since rubbed off. Further more, all of the samples were low on juice, burnt, or wouldn’t hit at all.
I’m sure there are people that work at this shop that actually care about their customers but after this experience it isn’t worth trying to go back. And honestly we wouldn’t after experiencing their sample bar.

Great place. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have a really nice selection of mods.
