I was 4 hours from home and locked my keys in my car. Randy was one of four locksmiths I called. One said it was going to be 4 hours before he could get to me. Pop-​A-​Lock said they didn’t travel to Merriam Kansas (BTW, don’t EVER use Pop-A-Lock…crooked, crooked company). Another 24hr service went to voicemail. But Randy? Randy picked right up, rearranged the project he was working on and arrived to my assistance in a shorter amount of time than he had told me. 10 minutes later, I was on the road. It’s businesses like this and people like Randy that motivate me to sit down and take the time to even participate in an online review. But I have no problem supporting a small business, especially when the bigger business in the same field are such hack jobs.
