Came here after getting a pedicure with my daughter. Came in to people sitting down while the only employee who was working greets me from the table she was sitting at while on her phone. She continuously sat there on her phone until someone actually asked her a question. Very rude and I own a business. If my employee ever did that… well actually they would never. They know better. Then she started picking at her nose. Are you serious? Never again.

Good place close to my work. They have very convenient parking and open late. Very friendly staff, nice yogurt flavors, especially banana one. Also liked hot fudge topping and crunchy waffles. Yummy!!!

It’s a rare occurrence to walk into a shop as they are closing up and be greeted with an eager, friendly employee but that’s just what I encountered when I walked into Zinga last night! How refreshing. Only complaint is the high price.

I love frozen yogurt. But for some reason, I’m not a big fan of Zinga’s — it isn’t the thick, creamy, falvorful froyo I’m looking for. But, they do have tons of toppings and friendly staff, and they’re always looking to help out clubs and groups with fundraiser nights! If you were ever interested in doing a night for your sports team/relay for life team/band or chorus or ensemble/honor society/club, they won’t turn you down.

I love love loveee me some fro yo, but I was way underimpressed by Zinga! Came here with a friend, we both got original flavor with some fun toppings. Paid a pretty penny for it, too, only to taste it and discover that it tasted like it had gone a little bad. I know«original» flavor is tart, and I like tart, but this was over it’s expiration date f’sho. I couldn’t even eat it. Peeps! If you’re going to do dairy, make sure it’s fresh! Won’t be back.

I like this location because it is always very clean and the workers are friendly. Tons of parking outside and in a nice new plaza. They have a ridiculous amount of topping selections and the fruit is always fresh. The only things I dislike about this location is that they always have the same flavors. The Saugus location seems to always be switching it up with great new flavors but this location doesn’t. The text rewards points program is pretty cool, I’ll have a free fro yo in no time!

This location was clean, sunny, and lots of parking. The yogurt flavors were a little odd, and I still prefer Orange Leaf — but I did like the variety of toppigs(including mini peanut butter chips and peanut butter sauce).

As a wheelchair user, this business is very accessible and in my opinion meets all Ma. Accessibility Codes. This includes all dispenser handle heights, bathrooms, counters… The yogurt is not only healthy but tastes sooooo good and they have a huge selection of toppings! The owners and staff are very helpful and it’s a great place to hang out or have a party at. They are also a green business.
