This has got to be my favorite chipotle location! I order my food from the Chipotle app and once I get there it is already ready. I’ve only had to wait one time, the cashier«Robert» was so sweet and he offered me a drink while I waited for my food to be ready. Definitely my favorite location!

I do like chipotle but this location is really bad. They are just missing something probably correct training. I arrived at 4pm and ordered and noticed their isn’t any veggies when I asked they said they take about 10 minutes so I waited that’s cool. When the veggies arrived and they started my burrito it took the girl 3 tries to wrap it and on the 2 time she tried to pawn off the worst wrapped burrito ever with tears in the middle. I told her that this isn’t possible to eat and she had someone else make it. This was a bad experience! Get it together chipotle!

Me and my daughter love this location. The people who work here are great. The long lines ensure that you always get fresh food.

I love this Chipotle! We go here at least twice a week. Even when the line is long they keep it moving and you get through quickly. It is ALWAYS fresh and the employees are super friendly!

Ppl here are awesome. I come here like three times a week. Just about always spot on. Got my burrito and I’m headed home. Btw they usually have a line out the door but I can get in and out in no time. They rock up in that place! I keep going back so they must be doing something right haha

Honestly? I have never liked Chipotle. Never been a fan or enjoyed the food. I did not have a second burrito until the free burrito offer(2016). But since then, I have had at least 4 out of pocket. The location has friendly employees and the food is what it is, delicious and basic. I’ll continue to treat the location as a pleasant fast food location that delivers quality above service from other fast food chains. Chipotle gives decent food on top of quality service that far surpasses similar experiences like Subway. 5 out of 5 for what it is.

One thing that bugs me about this location is several of the employees with various rings and piercings in their noses. I don’t think it’s appropriate for a food establishment.

I give this location chance after chance; sure, from time to time, they don’t charge me for guacamole but for the amount of times I’ve dealt with their attitude, that’s the least they can do. Tonight’s experience was especially bad, the level of rudeness was beyond me. Not to mention, they are so stingy with their portions. I have to ask for extra everything, except rice. They can never give you too much rice. The workers… I am dumbfounded by the lack of basic people skills the people in this city possess. Not just tonight, but every time I go it’s a problem. Some how, some way, their service is barely sub par. Tonight, the dude making my bowl was so concerned with the dude behind us and making small talk(man crushing to the max) that he basically disregarded the fact he was actually serving a different customer. I was trying to order and he wasn’t even paying attention; wouldn’t even look at me while making my food. wtf? how rude. And low and behold, as soon as his man crush came his way, he oozed with excitement and was Chatty Cathy. Lmao, what is that? Moral of the story — they suck at their CUSTOMERSERVICE job. I’d rather take the extra time and drive to Tatum and Bell(I live two lights down from this location) and not have to deal with this nonsense.

Today I used my «Get out of e. coli free» or should I say, my «e.coli stimulus package», free burrito coupon. Who am I to turn down a free burrito? I hadn’t been to a Chipotle in years, anyways. After today’s visit, I was reminded why. Chipotle just isn’t that good! Their salads are good for a low carb option, but everything else there has never ever impressed me. You will see why, below… I drove down, parked, and walked in the place. I was greeted immediately and that was about the only good thing I could say. As soon as I walked in the door, some young employee(douchebag looking«bro») that was on the fryer cooking some chips let out a huge belch. You could hear the thing echo throughout the restaurant. How unprofessional is that? I mean, come on dude… you are working, and acting like you are at the frat house with your bros. If I was a manager on duty, I definitely would have said something to him. Anyways… After that nice«welcoming belch», I ordered my burrito. The first guy who got my tortilla ready was like a robot. Instead of asking a question, he just kind of shouted, «White or brown, black or pinto». I knew what he meant(what kind of rice and beans), but if this was your first time at Chipotle, you wouldn’t have any idea of what the fuck he was talking about. Anyways… I went with a steak burrito, white rice, no beans. Down the line, I added hot sauce, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. My burrito was wrapped up(piss poor, might I add), I had the lady scan my coupon, purchased a drink for $ 2.00 and sat down to eat. Here is how it was… Steak Burrito– Like I said earlier, this burrito was wrapped horribly! There was salsa leaking out the bottom, sour cream smeared on the side, and it almost completely fell apart when I first picked it up. I soon realized that there was no way I could eat this burrito with my hands. I basically cut that shit up with my fork and ate it that way. On to the ingredients… The steak was whack! It had a rubbery texture to it and was tough to chew. The hot sauce tasted ok. The sour cream was overkill and the cheese kind of got lost in it. The only good thing in that burrito was the guacamole. I will give Chipotle that… they make a decent guacamole. The tortilla was crappy, too! I ate the whole thing because I don’t like to waste food, but about ¼ of the way through it, I was over it. It I had paid for it, I would have been pissed! Honestly, I don’t know if I am ever coming back to any Chipotle. I know for damn sure I wont be coming back to this one! It takes a lot for me to bitch about free food, but I am bitching right now! Totally disappointed in today’s visit!

The most pathetic chipotle for online ordering. Rarely ever gets an order right. Consistently forgets to put lettuce in a salad order.

My girlfriend and I go to this Chipotle a lot! So much so that they know us there. The people who work there are great, always smiling. They seem to really enjoy their jobs. One time I saw what looked like their manager, and I wanted to shout«hey, this is the best team ever.» Pro Tip: I personally love mixing half Coke Zero and half Mr. Pibb but to each their own.

I love Chipotle in general. I hate their anti-GMO stance and their inability to prevent horrible outbreaks of terrible diseases, but that risk is MINIMAL. Go ahead and take that as a given in all of my Chipotle reviews. I’m reviewing each of these Chipotles independently. These guys and gals are always a bit stingy in their portions. Even though this was the closest Chipotle to me for a long time, I tried to make an effort to go to the PV Mall location instead of this one. Considering the crazy amount of money we’re paying for each of these ingredients, I’d like a bit more food than they give. $ 10 for a burrito with guac seems like a lot when they skimp out. I imagine this is a local management issue since I regularly eat at a few other Chipotles(Yeah, I have a real problem)

I have not been to chipotle Grill and quite a while. I like the fact that you get to see the food before you choose it. Everything looked really good but I chose the shredded pork bowl. I usually get the bowl because it’s the lower carb option. Seems like I got a lot more food at this location than at other locations. I was completely full! Check this place out when you are really hungry!

A month ago I wouldn’t have had a complaint about this location but after tonight, we won’t be going back. It seemed as if the entire staff was new except the guy behind the grill annoyingly yelling out that the veggies/rice/steak was ready. They were way understaffed and poorly managed, come to junk of it no one seemed to be in charge at all. One would think with all the closures of chipotle in other states that they would be doing everything to keep their customers. To top it all off the food was horrible, the rice was undercooked and something had too much water in it as I was left with a puddle in my dish. Yuck.

I order online since I was at work on a 30 minute lunch break I ordered a chicken salad which by the way had 3 pieces of lettuce, and like 5 pieces of chicken I ordered it with rice and they didn’t put rice on it very little portions and a SALADWITHOUTLETTUCE! So upset since I love Chipotle so much. Never ordering online or from this location !

There is such a thing as «bad Chipotle», and when it happens to you, it’s really quite awful. My rating for this location WAS a 5, but that was awhile ago and employees and times have changed. This 1-star rating is based on my last two visits, but I will elaborate on my visit yesterday. The Bad: 1. Incredibly long line due to incredibly slow service. Chipotle is usually a rockstar at squashing long lines! What is going on here and why are there employees standing around chatting when there are customers to help and filthy tables to clean? Seriously, at one point there was only ONE guy on the assembly line and NO-ONE at the register. They were NOT short on help. 2. Poor ingredients. Black beans were actually black water with several beans floating around(my boyfriend’s burrito was very soggy as a result). Mild tomato salsa was mostly liquid(I have NEVER seen this before at a Chipotle). I had to ask the guy to scoop my salsa at the end where some dry tomatoes were hanging out. I don’t want salsa liquid on my salad. Which brings me to another problem… where was my salad lettuce??? I wish I had been paying attention when he put it in the bowl, because when I started eating it, there was barely any. I can’t have rice or beans, so I really need an appropriate amount of lettuce to bulk this thing up. I also opted to pay for double chicken, and I wish I hadn’t, as the chicken was quite fatty and gristly. 3. This is a personal pet-peeve of mine, but as we were eating outside, we saw a couple employees getting into a car that was parked front-and-center by the entrance. This shows a great lack of caring for the customers. Even when I was 20 and working at Starbucks, I knew not to take those few coveted spots in front. How rude! The Good: 1. Um… well really, nothing. How awkward. Overall, this location has gone to hell and is in dire need of a change in management. It no longer meets the standards that I have come to expect from Chipotle.

Who doesn’t love Chipotle?! I am a creature of habit, i like the same thing when i come here, rice, beans and steak. We both can eat for under $ 20, that’s with us sharing a large drink and chips & salsa. I would love it if they had a drive-thru for the times one of us is pickin up. There is generally a long line, but it moves pretty fast. We go to this location fairly often and I notice that the staff seems to turn over a lot, just mentioning that. I don’t know if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Food is consistently good. I have read some reviews where they say their burrito was made wrong, how is that possible when you are standing right there watching them make it right in front of you. They would have fixed it for you. They are always generous with their portions too. We will be back :)

Expect to wait a minimum of 15 minutes before your order is taken. The lines are always very long. I suppose that means they are doing well. I go here fairly often and I notice that the staff seems to turn over a lot. Perhaps this is just typical of a fast food joint. The food is delicious every time. It’s really really flavorful so I hope you like spice! The food is quality and taste is always consistent and the staff is always nice. One thing that bothers me is the inconsistency among my orders. I usually get the kids taco meal. Sometimes they give me 2 tacos and sometimes they give me one. Sometimes the meat is on the side sometimes not. I honestly don’t know which one is right so I never correct them. It just seems odd to me that there is so much confusion on how to prepare one of very few menu options.

Only my second time at a Chipotle. I haven’t quite figured out why they are so popular. But the food is good nonetheless. This location is clean. Very modern. The staff was courteous. Plenty of seating. I was meeting my son for lunch around noon. There was a line, but it moved quickly. I ordered a salad. Okay. Romaine in a bowl. Did I want beans? No. I added veggies, salsa, and sofritos? Soy. The soy was good. I love meat, but was watching calories, and the sofritos were a low calorie option. I added some Pico and was good to go. They do have an online nutritional counter if you need to figure out calories. I was happy with what I got, and it tasted very good! Would definitely go back!

I hate this location! My boyfriend picked up food to-go Wednesday night and for the SECOND time liquid soaked through the bowl and through the bag! This does NOT happen at other locations. There was so much liquid at the bottom of my bowl it looked like soup.
