Lincoln Air

We called Lincoln this past week as one of our central units was not cooling. Andy came out and assessed the situation where the company who installed the units did not properly evacuate the system and load with R410A refrigerant where moisture was left corrupting the refrigerant and TXE valve. The unit is still under warranty where Andy is coming out this week to get us running the correctly. Thanks to Lincoln Air and Andy for discovering why we’ve had cooling issues.

We have now been with Lincoln Air for a little over 3 years. During this time they have installed 3 new units at 3 different locations and they service 14 units in all for us. We couldn’t be happier with Garrett and the entire crew they have. Always on-​time, always polite, and always able to solve the problem in a timely manner. We won’t use anyone else in the Phoenix Area. Thank you Lincoln Air!

I’ve been using Lincoln Air for my home and business for several years. I’ve been very happy with their service, knowledge, responsiveness, and work ethic. With 11 units needing maintenance and repair, I trust Lincoln to take care of keeping me at the right temperature year round.

Lincoln Air came out originally to help with a NEST thermostat install after another installer said it could not be done– they got it working no problem. A year later when it was time to replace my entire HVAC system they responded to my RFP and against several other companies won my business with the best price offer. Their service during and after the install has been simply excellent. They continue to provide seasonal maintenance checks per the contract and proactively reach out to schedule these and remind me. Curtis, the technician who has worked with us, is really good, and a man of his word. Highly recommended.

We had Lincoln Air come out to do A/​C inspection, I also had Jeff take a look at one of our bedrooms that was extremely hot in the afternoon… to my surprise there was actually a solution to the problem (when other companies had told me there was nothing they could do). Very knowledgeable about our A/​C unit I would highly recommend this company. Thanks again for your help

Our AC unit was very old and we were tired of putting money into each year. We use a small company to repair and maintain and he was very trustworthy. When it came down to getting bids, Lincoln came in with a lower price and were so professional.
Garrett came to our house do provide an estimate and explained the process and did not try to oversell us.
Two guys came to install it and did an amazing job in about 4 hours — installed 2 units. Kept everything clean, were nice and so professional.
I would highly recommend Lincoln Air not only because they had the best price — they were very professional — the installers were awesome — — overall great service.

I was dealing with the classic AC problem where one person was piping hot and 5 other people were freezing cold all at the same time in the same office.
Since I was in the minority (and I pay the bills), I chose to throw in the towel and to take the high road.
I found Lincoln Air through the Mitsubishi mini split air conditioning website and sent over a quick email asking a few technical questions and for someone to give me an idea on how much a single mini split unit including install would cost.
I received a reply to my email within half an hour and we coordinated for Garrett to come by and work out a quote.
Garrett showed up on time and swiftly got to work. He was done at the office within 15 minutes and emailed me a quote by the end of the day. The price was right and we agreed to do the install about a week later.
The agreement was 50% up front and 50% after install.
Install day came and Garrett and his guys showed up on time and prepared. They were done with the whole installation within 4 hours.
They cleaned after themselves and even vacuumed around the install location. Honestly, I wouldn’t have known they were even there except for a quietly humming mini split piping out freezing cold air.
Two weeks after install: happy, happy, happy in my own personal meat locker:-))

Lincoln air came out and bid a price asking for half up front and did about 10% of the work stating that they would come back and finish. However, they never turned up to complete the work.
Initially they made appointments and didnt show up, then they stopped answering the phone when I used my cell. So I called back on a different phone and they picked up. They never came to do the work and we never got our money back and had to pay for a different company to come out.
When the other company came out they were appauled at the incompetence of the 10% of the work that had basically destroyed the unit and we had to pay to fix the damage that Lincoln Air had done.
DO NOT USE THESE INCOMPETENT CROOKS!!!
