Maui Wowie Pools & Landscaping

I rate this company a 0 so people can understand that their service has been the worst since they took over service for my property which we lease.
Our leasing company changed over pool service companies with Maui Wowie taking over in June 2015. We were out of town for two weeks on vacation while they serviced our pool. Needless to say that what we came back to was ridiculous.
Our pool was green and reeked of chlorine. The kids attempted to go swimming the second night home and lasted all of 5 minutes as their eyes were burning. We never saw any technicians or improvements in our pool for 2 weeks after returning.
Finally, we came across their service technicians on 7÷1÷15 as we were departing our property. We explained the high odor of chlorine, the dirt in the pool and the burning eyes. The claimed the burning eyes came from URINE. I’m sorry, but considering the pool was perfect from the previous pool company and after 2 weeks of service by this company was that bad and to claim it was urine when no one swam in it for over 2 weeks, is utterly ridiculous. Rather than acknowledge our concerns, they continuously argued with us about the status of the pool.
Since then, they have serviced the pool three times and, while a little improved, was no where near the quality that it was prior to this company taking over. There is continuously debris and dirt at the bottom of the pool.
Today, my girlfriend saw them arrive and leave within 15 minutes and witnessed their whole servicing process.
1) Two men arrived with a skimmer and brush (no vacuum to get the debris and dirt from the bottom???)
2) One guy took pictures of the pump (not sure why)
3) One guy brushed the pool for 5 minutes while the other used the skimmer to push anything to the filter.
4) One of the guys dumped a bunch of checmicals into the pool (never even tested the water to see if it required it).
5) Put a chlorine tablet in a floater (we never had a floater in the pool with the previous company and it was perfect.
6) Two guys left without even attempting to knock and see if we were satisfied with their service (despite knowing we have complained to our leasing company).
Needless to say, this company and the handling of our pool has been ridiculous as the pool is still not clean (we have pictures and videos as evidence). I recommend people stay away from them and their service.
