Went in to get lunch for my sister who cannot eat gluten, soy, and dairy. Asked for dry wings and which sauces were free of dairy, soy and gluten. Giselle [hopefully I am spelling her name correctly] was very accommodating. She did not have any attitude and did her best to find out which sauces were safe to eat. Great service and wings. I would go back.

Zero stars if I could… Terrible customer service!!!
I walked up to the register to order and the cashier (large built young lady) asked me if I was ready and as I started to order she said, next and started to take the next persons order. I told her I was ready! She was RUDE… and very impatient. Everytime we come here the service stinks. I will never return! I will contact their headquarters so they can pull the footage and review their employees. They need more customer service training… If you read books that are related to work/​office culture you’ll know this cashier is a stage 1…

I have a love/​hate with this wingstop. I love the wings sorta but hate the service! I work in food industry and never am this bland with customers. Not once have I got good service here, the workers seem to have a rude or stuck up attitude. I get it, working in food service sucks but where is the customer service?!

This place is fine an dandy but for please sakes please get people’s name right. My name is Franklin, not Franco, not Frankie, Frank, Francisco, Michael. I come here a lot an not once gotten my name right. The food is great which is why I gave it 3 stars. If the cashiers had active listening it would be 5.

The service is really slow. The store was dirty. When my order was ready the girl who worked there couldn’t read my name write. My name’s Melanie nd she said Manny instead of trying to repeat the name she just stands there looking stupid and confused. The other girl who worked there had to help her. When it was finally time to eat my wings they tasted off the teriyaki was too salty and the mild tasted weird. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone here and had a bad experience. I think I’ll stick to Buffalo wild wings!

Their wings are salty and though. Refrain from ordering the Louisiana-​style wings, as they will ruin your mouth lining from the tons of salt, spices and rough overly-​fried batter. The service didn’t impress me. The staff is indifferent and at times can make order mistakes that challenges one’s patience and wallet. Perfect place for your plan D. I won’t return.

This location is a rip-​off. I ordered 15 wings togo as my late night dinner. I go home and eagerly open my box because im starving, i find that all the chicken wings are super small. Are you serious?
My girlfriend felt bad taking a bite out of a wing because there was little to no meat on each one. I guess this is how they get rid of their ting wings, by tricking togo customers.
Stay away from this shady location, unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

My co-​workers and I like to order lunch to-​go whenever we have a craving for some good chicken wings.
We usually order one of the family packs online and pick it up. I love how you can order boneless wings so your fingers/​hands don’t have to get messy.
What we’ve tried:
–Louisiana Rub: has a nice spicy kick
–Hickory Smoked BBQ: good
–Garlic Parmesan: nice and garlicky
–Lemon Pepper: good
–Cajun: flavorful
–Mango Habanero: sweet and spicy
Side orders: French Fries with ranch
Good place to get some wings and fries!

So today is November 18th and I walked into wing stop as I have before. But I just wanted to finally write a review on this place to make it known that every time I have walked in the girls at the register are always polite and friendly. But today I finally asked the girl what her name was because I wanted to acknowledge her, her name
Is Rebecca, and she always gives me her opinion on something to get due to the fact I always come but yet want to try something new. (: yes again it may take a couple min to receive your order. But us as customers should understand that they move as fast as they can and try to bring our orders out as soon as possible! So thank you guys! Love it and I will continue to come back.

Order online for pick-​up or eating in. Boneless wings take about 11 minutes wait time and bone-​in are almost 15! So if you don’t want to wait… order ahead!
Coke machine is heaven sent! One machine, a billion possibilities! My fav is Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper, since I can’t ever find it anwhere, anymore!
Mango Habanero wings: 4 stars. Sweet, then spicy! Great with blue cheese.
Hickory BBQ: 5 stars. Rich bbq taste. Very good! (my fav)
Original Hot: 4 stars.
Chili Lime: 3 Stars
Lemon Pepper: 4 Stars
Garlic Parm: 3 Stars.
These are just my ratings. Good service. Extra sauce is $ 0.76, and is worth it! Blue cheese is chunky here, just as I like it!
Oh, and the fries are NOT for me! 1 star. always soggy.coated in sugar? I need my salt! Not good IMO.
Overall Wingstop is very good! Not stingy with saucing their wings like some place I know *cough *cough *BWW!!!

Took me 3 tries before I found something I liked from this place. And why did I keep going back? Because of convenience. Meaning I’m lazy.
I always get the classic wings.
Atomic — forget it. It’s too spicy to even consider tasting any flavor.
Mango Habanero — the secret is in the sauce. It’s okay.
Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan — both really dry and flavorless. It’s like biting into a leather shoe. And no, I really haven’t bitten into a leather shoe.
Teriyaki — too sweet! Go easy on the sugar, whoever makes the sauce. We have enough diabetics in this community.
Hawaiian — This is one is good for me. A little sweet, a little salty. Just perfect.
The 15 piece wing combo is really good for two or three people. They give so much French fries you soon get tired of trying to finish it. Well, I do. I try to finish my food, thinking about all those hungry kids in the world but after 10 min I’m just over it. Sorry, kids.
