I also wish I could give negative stars. This pool company has been horrible to us. They put in our pool in 2003 and after threatening small claims court FINALLY put in a pool sweep 5 YEARS later!!! We had bought a manual pool sweep even though we had paid for Gordon to put one in. When he did finally bring us the sweep one of the lights in the pool had become so much build up from poor cleaning it went out and the replacement bulb is $ 700 which he refuses to pay. The pool sweep that he brought to us is such poor quality it only turns to the right and gets stuck once its moved up the pool wall. It’s so frustrating to run the pool sweep and continue to have a dirty pool. Also when he installed the control pad he failed to give us one to accomodate what we need. If I can save one person the pain of trusting this man, I have done my job.

I hate the fact that I can’t give negative stars. If I could I would. This is by far the absolute worst contractor I have ever met and hired in my entire life. Please save your self the headache. Gordon Johnson is the owner of the company. He is on point up until right after you sign contracts. After that good luck trying to get a hold of him or getting him to stick to any kind of schedule. Our spa was supposed to be completed by indepencence day and its almost August and we are still waiting on cosmetic details to be completed. To add insult to injury when we called Gordon to express our concerns he had the nerve to hang up on us. How the hell do you stay in business treating customers like this. Gordon is also either a liar or is not at all in touch with what his subs offer as far as design. We were told certain things were not available but the companies themselves tell us they are available. Anything to save a dollar Gordon. This elderly man needs to retire because is heart is truly not in it anymore and the only ones who suffer is the customer. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this company. I could go on and on about the horrible service we received. Gordon Johnson is the worst contractor I’ve done business with if I could rewind time I would gladly pay more money to someone else to do the job. Can’t stand liars and cowards and that’s exactly what he is, can’t even handle a customer calling him on his BS. Never ever again!

We are very happy with the pool Gordon built for us. It looks very beautiful and the kids love it. People always comment on how beautiful the design is. Gordon has been responsive to ongoing issues which is very important to me. We currently have a broken heater which falls under warranty and he was able to get someone out the same week.
