I came here with my boyfriend and it was great. We got two orders of the steak phở and one order of spring rolls they were delicious. The lady who works there is very kind and i found the staff polite and well mannered. i would recommend this for any casual phở eaters!!!

This place is by far the worst Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. We ordered egg rolls, a small bowl of steak phở, and pork with egg rolls vermicelli. The egg rolls took 30 seconds to get to us after we ordered. It took longer for the server to walk to us than it took for them to «make». Not surprisingly, they were lukewarm. Egg rolls that are fresh are piping hot and take significantly longer than 30 seconds to get to your table. Taste wise, they were very strong in pepper. My wife’s phở was okay. Nothing special. My vermicelli, however, was horrendous. Half of it was pure filler. The noodles were lukewarm, but the egg rolls and pork were cold. The texture of the pork was that of jerky and tasted like mushrooms. Customer service? Ha. That’s a joke. Our server didn’t come over once to check on us. When the table in front of us asked for a box and to order some food to go, he proceeded to slowly walk away and gestured for the younger male server to come over and take their order. How incredibly rude to just stop listening to a customer while they’re in the middle of talking to you. All they ordered was chicken soup to go! How hard is that?

The chicken phở was good, just nothing outstanding about this place that would make me come back. Unusual pricing and menu choices.

The best phở in Plano if you can’t venture out to Garland or Arlington. Broth is good, quantity of meat and noodles is generous, service is good. No complaints and I’ll be a regular since it’s one of only a few places in Plano. Slightly overpriced for what I’m used to. Almost $ 7 for a small bowl.

LOVE me some Phở Apple! We have this delivered all the time as they are basically across Park from our neighborhood. All of the soups are really good, but I strongly suggest trying the Crispy Flat Noodle w/chicken… its to-die-for!

Ok. So as an Asian. I don’t like this restaurant at all. I mean I ordered A2. Fish balls are tiny. I thought those are tofu at first time. Shrimps tasted like fake or under cooked. They brought food out so fast but doesn’t taste good at all. Don’t know why people have such high review on this. I love my bistro B. And every food here is over price. Well if they taste good, for this location, I would like to pay for it. But no no no for food here. So disappointed.

When I first entered the restaurant I saw plastic apples stuck crudely to the small wall separating me from the dining area with clear packing tape. I thought to myself, «its okay, its an Asian restaurant, I know plenty of places with bad décor/bad service but amazing food.» However, the slope just kept going downhill from there. My friend always gets com thit nuong(Steamed rice with charbroiled sliced pork), and this was the smallest/worst version of the dish he’s ever received. He left hungry and unsatisfied. My phở was bland, small and not worth it. I never really care too much about the veggie plate brought out with phở because I usually have a lot to choose from and an ample amount of bean sprouts, but the plate I received here was slim pickings. Not worth to come here in my opinion.

Combination phở and beef phở were great! The broth tasted really good so no complaints there. We had a tempura starter which was cooked just right. Our server was polite and attentive.

We had a group that came here on a Sunday night. We were seated immediately and the place was pretty full. They had enough high chairs for our child heavy group. English is spoken well here and ordering was a breeze for the group. The décor could use a little updating, but otherwise, the atmosphere was fine. We got the usual phở tai and goi cuon. They were both excellent and in getting the large size, we were able to share with our daughter and still have enough leftover to satisfy. When we were done, they did not split the bill but it was no problem paying with two cards, we just had to figure out who got what. That and the décor is about all this place can do to improve.

Absolutely delicious! My dad took me here several months ago and I fell in love right away. I think I have probably eaten here more than he has now. I usually order take-out and it only takes them about 10 minutes to be done! I normally order #80, the lemon grass chile chicken stir fry, it’s my favorite. It’s already spicy but I always ask for them to make it extra spicy and they always come through! Everything I get is always fresh and great quality, I have never had a bad«batch». Everyone is always very nice, as well. Great place and I highly recommend it! :)

Okay broth, okay noodle, okay appetizers, great meats! Really bad service(from the guy anyway). Sound system sounds like it is coming from your neighbor’s apartment. Price is a little too expensive for what you get.

Customer service was OK. I ordered a #46 grilled shrimp rice plate. a $ 10 meal and it was the sorriest plate I’ve ever seen.8 small pieces of shrimp and a large portion of rice. The veggies were all dried up. Thanks phở apple.

I had the chance to try Phở Apple today. It wasn’t a disappointment, thank god. It was a warm day in Dallas and my hangover is my excuse to get an order of Phở. I had their combination Phở with all the fixings. The broth is good and they’re very generous with meat and veggies that comes with it. All in all it was a good experience and I’m very satisfied.

Met with a friend for lunch at this little place hidden in the strip. Still wondering why the apple? It wasn’t too bad, per average phở place with a great lunch special! Choose from any phở and get 2 egg rolls or spring rolls and a drink for about $ 8. I chose the steak phở, it came with a good heaping of sprouts, jalapeños, basil and cilantro. However, there was little steak in there… Also wasn’t quite as hot as I wished. I like my sprouts to soften and it took them much longer this time. I ordered the small portion, which was plenty– I couldn’t even finish it! Egg rolls were small but good, little stuffing inside but nice and crispy! Very clean inside and good customer service!

So when a phở craving kicks in, you have to go. Even in 90 degree weather. I have my usual favorite phở places, but I decided to give this place a try. I always pass it on the way to Walmart, and the name intrigued me(I wonder why it’s called Phở Apple). Anyhow, I went with my friend for dinner. My go to meal is, you guessed it, Phở Tai. We also ordered fried spring rolls. They were like short tequitos– very small and overpriced for what you get. Then came the standard side dish with bean sprouts, mint, cilantro, Thai basil, and lime. It seemed like a toddler plated the dish. Not that it was messy. It literally looked like there was half a cup of bean sprouts and a few sprigs of herbs. For two people! I am used to the bean sprouts spilling over the edge of the plate, so this was disconcerting. Hoping this wasn’t the case for the phở, it made its way to my table. It wasn’t steaming hot; just hot enough. Yes, even in the summer, I want my phở hot. On the greasy side, the broth was not as clean as I like. It was a standard, if not subpar phở. Like mom would make, without the love. I don’t see myself coming back here. There are far superior places that serve clean soup and ample plates of bean sprouts. The staff seemed lackadaisical; indifferently polite. We had to ask for our water; like they forgot they had to give it. Strange. Anyway, it wasn’t terrible, so I give it 3 although I wish I could give it 2 ½ stars.

This place is pretty big so they have plenty of tables. I came on a Thursday night and it wasn’t crowded at all but I did notice there were lots of to-go orders. Their phở was pretty good, but their rice dishes weren’t that great. The meat was a bit on the dry side and didn’t really come with anything else(egg rolls, etc) like most other Vietnamese restaurants. I was just expecting more. Their service was good though!

This place has a lot of good reviews, but mainly from non-Asians. Hmm. Gave it a try. Spring rolls = no meat except shrimp. I would expect to see the cha(Viet ham) or at least pork in it. Smaller than the typical. Phở is a little on the bland side, but plenty of meat was given for Phở Tai. Beef banh mi was tasty, but they really skimped on the meat and pickled veggies. Bread was crispy and soft on the inside. Adding the egg made it delish, but I never got the extra $ 1 charge at Viet restaurants for an egg. Pricey, isn’t it? This place is close to home, but not the best. Service was good. I probably prefer going to V Bistro for my phở cravings though. I saw that they had Japanese food too(udon, sushi). Eh? PROS: phở in Plano. Service. CONS: skimped on portions on most items, bland phở broth
