This order taker is awesome. She is friendly, funny, great smile, a great job of telling me all the specials. She knows all the burgers as a customer asks. I hear her in the back taking with the others and it is very enjoyable hearing a woman love her job and her co-workers and like her. We even got into a VERY friendly conversation over chili dogs. She is full of energy. The food was awesome had a 2 for $ 5 chicken burgers and whopper dog.

Angriest whopper? More like saddest whopper. Came in a regular bun instead of the hot sauce infused bun they advertise. So basically, I paid about 10 bucks for a whopper with jalapeño on it. Coca-Cola tasted like fruity crap thanks to the stupid soda machine they stuck in all the bk’s and good luck finding a clean table. Gave 2 stars because service was ok

To the owners of this Burger King. I just came by to place an order at 10:45am on Sunday, May 15th via the drive thru. Workers there says that the computer is not working and I asked if I can order inside. I proceeded to drive to the window and the two women inside rudely tell me that this place is closed. Furthermore, it appeared that that they had their kids inside playing on top of the tables.

DONOTGOHERE. I was not greeted and it was poorly managed as I observed while waiting for a few minutes to be asked what I wanted. They didn’t have what I wanted. WTF. So, I left and saw their hiring sign, a sign of poor management.

Was 2nd in line at the drive thru. They told the guy in front to hold on. Waited 10 minutes watching the guy in front try and get a response. Watched the line behind us grow. Sat another 5 minutes until three cars behind us drove over the curb to leave, allowing us to reverse and get out of line too.

Super slow, the black manager lady is very rude ever time we said thank you for either some ketchup, or sauce she never replied, he tone of voice is like she doesn’t wanna be there, heard another older black man working the registers use profanity forward a customer because he he didn’t cut out the coupon he was using!

Went in this morning and what did I see??? Two employees only. One working the drive thru and one trying to cook. No service counter staff. Kudo’s to the drive thru employee who at least acknowledged I was there. However, with no one up front to take my order — I left. Sad. Used to be good service and more than 2 employees…

The service is really bad. They seem to be unwilling to talk to customers but chat with the coworkers happily. How could that happen?

Sad, sad, sad, the franchise people should be notified about the filth, lack of service, and how the workers turned around and made you feel as if we were intruding on their time. This place is a bad reflection on this company. They also got our order wrong. The front door is also broken and locked. Definitely do not go here

I only went here because I wanted to run threw a drive-thru for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. NASTY! It took forever to get my food, I spent close to $ 10 for just a breakfast combo, the sausage didn’t taste like real meat, biscuit was too dry, and the oil they use for the hash browns tastes way rancid. I should have gone ANYWHEREBUTHERE!

Very disappointing, 24 hours? Really? Maybe they were all on break when I went thru. «Do you plan on making the coffee mix tonight?» «um probably not» um ok good bye. Huge facelift is much needed, only two BK’s in the area. If u don’t care to do your job then jump ship. Stop wasting my time with inconsistency in your store.

9÷5÷2015: Speedy Service, great breakfast that hits the spot. Deanna Jaxine Stinson and I wanted to make sure we had a hearty filling breakfast before working the Scottish Games — Alameda Fairgrounds. Burger King was the place to go. Deanna ordered 3 scrambled eggs — special order and got it!

THE slowest service on the planet! You could walk to Dublin across the highway and order something, eat it, walk back, and this Burger King wouldn’t have asked for your order yet. There is no excuse for this sorry service. And these people want $ 15/hour!!! No napkins, no ketchup, no fork in the bag for the Reese’s pie that was ordered! Corporate needs to step in and SHUTTHISPLACEDOWNNOW!

This is quite possibly the slowest, most poorly run and staffed BK I have ever been to. Just terrible

Purchased a burger and a smoothie here: both have an unmistakeable metallic taste. Both are completely suspect. I took them back to the counter. The server looked like a deer caught in the headlights of an oncoming truck, frightened, miserable, without a clue of what to do next. That there is no one in the restaurant at 6:30PM should have been a warning sign. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they’d left. They were probably eating at Nation’s Hamburger. After waiting 30 minutes, I did too. Counter person threw my meal away. I guess that burying the evidence is the best plan of action. To hell with customer service.

For the most part I’ve gotten decent ‘fast food’ quality food here. The main issue is speed of service though this review will also deal with food quality. My last visit in June 2015 I got the A.1. Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger. I’m used to photos not matching what I get in the bag. On my latest sandwich the bun was downright tiny, almost as if a bun that would be used on their .99 burger. The meat patties were rubbery, barely warm and flavourless, it took 3 packets of pepper to get something palatable. I got onion rings as well, and I knew what they were beforehand. It’s still a disappointment that BK has such poor rings, and have had poor ones for YEARS. This comment is aimed at you BK, not the local shop! The main issue with this visit was the speed. Having sent a text on my phone as I joined the line I had a timestamp to mark the minutes. From when I entered the line, to ordering, to being handed the food took 18 minutes. Really, 18 minutes at nearly 2pm? Speed is the primary contention with this location. While I have been served food rapidly on a few occasions, the long term trend has been very pokey. Take for instance the Wendy’s across the highway in Dublin, CA. I eat there rarely, but one hardly has a moment to grab a straw for the drink before they have assembled a tray of piping hot food. In fact I could have driven to the Wendy’s, gotten food and driven back to this Burger King and still have spent less time than I did waiting for what I’d ordered at BK. I don’t believe it’s a training or personal efficiency issue, it might be total staff numbers, not enough bodies to do the work. Whatever the reason, if you need ‘fast’ food, this in not the location to visit.

How do I get in these situations? I know! I have a teenager for a son! He says to me: «Dad, I’d like a snack from Burger KIng!» I reply doing my best loathing voice: Really? Off we go! Mine was the only car in line… the conversations between the two workers here went back and forth with each other. I waited 20 minutes before the food arrived. 20 minutes! «Well,» said my son. «At least my burger was warm!» At least! I’ll do my best to steer clear of here!

I am writing this negative review with a heavy heart, because I was a loyal local patron in my youth and used to frequent this location often. Even just thinking about this brings back fond memories. However(dun dun dun), about 6 months ago, I ordered small fries, apple juice and a Hershey’s chocolate pie(strange order I realize, but I was sick and those were the only things that sounded appealing to me at the time!). My order came out to over $ 15! I didn’t realize the mistake until I checked my statements later that week. I initially brushed it off as human error, but it wasn’t until today when I tried to make an order, and I realized that their drive-thru is intentionally gouging prices and hoping customers don’t notice. I ordered a Whopper with no cheese(gotta watch my figure) and small fries. After the worker briskly shouted the price, I asked him to clarify. My order came out to almost $ 8! As I am not up-to-date with current BK menu prices, I Googled it, and those 2 items definitely do not come out to $ 8! I told them to cancel my order and I backed out in reverse(with all my guts and glory), luckily didn’t run anyone over, and drove to In-N-Out across the street.

Possibly the most courteous service I’ve ever received at a fast food place. I went in there on a whim to grab something to eat quickly before I head out for the day. Surprisingly, the place was totally empty. Being that it is right next to a hotel,(Motel renamed an «Inn») I thought there would be more customers dining inside. But most customers just use their drive thru to eat on the road. Clean place, courteous employees, and a plethora of soda choices and combinations, thanks to their awesome soda machine. What’s not to like?! Eat like a «King» indeed! Pics with DATED receipt attached with the review. Cause, it’s good to provide solid proof!(Even when it’s not needed. But that’s just me.)
