The sandwich was alright but could have been better. No real flavor and if there was something that could have been added… nothing was offered. Customer Service could have been better, no real connect with customers and a little more professional. Keep music a little more customer oriented and do not turn up, each time a song you like comes on. Not every guest wants or likes it that level, plus it’s hard to speak to guests and hear what needs to be heard. Need signage for napkins but also should be handed out with meals. I didn’t see any deals for drink and chips with sandwich. So in summary… bland taste, no offer for flavoring of any kind (or if any available), better customer service, offer deals for combo with menu selection. Last. keep music all guest friendly and at a decent level.

I live in the building. Courteous prompt service I like a Hunter’s Club or a Gargantuan. The delivery folks do not lol like ex cons. It’s hard to imagine a better food delivery service. I know it’s a chain, but the company should add hot foods as well. Like a meatball sub? Thank you.

I work just up the road from this location. As soon as they opened they brought us free samples. That was the best idea ever! When we get busy we order our food and it’s delivered to us within 5 minutes! 5 minutes!!! The delivery people are always so nice and I like their sandwiches. So glad they opened a location so close to my work. Love you guys!

It’s rather surprising that Jimmy John’s is good. This is a nationwide sandwich chain after all. Their sandwiches have a skillful assortment of deli meat and a delicious spread. Employees here are efficient and seating is plenty. You will get better prices and, or quality elsewhere, but this really works out.
My walk about town led me to here. I ordered the Pepe sandwhich and a medium drink for $ 7.65. It came quickly and that sauce was out of this world. I was just as surprised as you would be, but reviewers should be objective, therefore I am objective.
This is a great place to stop at for lunch.

I’m already a fan of Jimmy Johns because I like their type of subs and the French bread they use. I’ve never had a bad experience. I wanted to write this review specifically about the Jimmy Johns on SW 19th Ave in Portland because of their service.
I ordered online and was given a potential 30 min delivery time. I only live about 6 – 7 blocks from the Jimmy Johns, but didn’t think that was bad considering I was ordering online and there could be other potential deliveries, etc. To my surprise my food was at my door within 10 mins.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m sure there will be times they will be busier and the delivery might take longer but to know that I can order from hem and potentially be eating that soon is awesome.
Thanks Jimmy Johns you never fail.

Possibly the blandest sandwich I’ve ever had. It tasted like something you’d get at a hospital or perhaps as part of an airline meal. The restaurant smelled like a dirty mop. But the bathroom was clean, and it didn’t make me sick, so hey, it’s not all bad news.
Stick with East Side Deli, or heck, even Subway at this rate.
