Went to this location tonight. Our order was messed up and they forgot to make our smoothie. Which was fine, I understand mistakes happen… But after telling one of the workers behind the counter about it, we waited and waited and waited. Finally we went to the counter and saw the smoothie waiting there, with no employee mentioning that the smoothie had been completed. So by this point it was melted and was not even filled all the way. My sandwich was sub par. I do not think I will be returning to this location. Also, maybe don’t make grilled cheese sandwiches with Kraft singles. If I’m paying 12.50 for a small bowl of soup, a partially-filled smoothie and half of a grilled cheese sandwich, at least use tillamook.

I really should make an effort to visit Panera more often. Their food is fresh, made with good wholesome ingredients, and the portions are great! I ordered a salad on this trip. I was expecting a small fast-food sized container, but was surprised with this massive bowl full of chicken, avocado, and hard boiled eggs. It was so filling I didn’t have room for my chips! The price was equivalent to a sit down restaurant, but it was definitely worth it!

What’s the big deal about the food here. I had a grilled cheese today. It was awful, cheap white bread, not heavy grain, and the cheese must have been Velveeta or some very cheap American cheese like Kraft. Why not use a quality bread like Grand Central Bakery(baked in Portland) bread or Famous Dave’s organic. And use a quality Oregon cheddar like Tillamook. This was my second time… two different locations, and come on guys quit the hype about great food. It’s really mediocre.

My first and best experience out of the several locations I’ve been to. Great job! I had no idea what to order and the cashier told me just pick two things cause its all good and so I randomly selected two things and man was I impressed! Took my boyfriend who is very picky and he even liked it! I will definitely return. Thank you!

The beef is funky. Love the Mac and cheese. Little spendy considering the quality. The atmosphere is blah. One of the employees was creeping on his coworker. The bathrooms were clean. It reminds me of a soccer mom spot. Take what you can get I guess. Better than the fast food alternative across the street.

When we walked in, the cashier was in an in-depth conversation about personal topics with a customer and decided to ignore us until it was finished. She looks at us finally and says«what’s up, what can I get you guys». Ok, one«what’s up» is unprofessional and it literally caught me off guard. And two, not greeting a customer is such a red flag for the service to come; I’ve worked in customer service all my life and greeting a customer is one the most important things you can do to ensure your guest feels appreciated and how about. acknowledged! When we received our food my broccoli soup had a huge black curly hair in it! It was so disgusting, I immediately lost my appetite. I brought it to, I believe the manager and she hurriedly took it away and said shed get me another one. .she left so fast I couldn’t even say I didn’t want another bowl of OBVIOUSLYCONTAMINATEDSOUP. Well about 2 minutes later(obviously it was just another scoop out of the same pot because 2 minutes is not enough time to make a whole new batch) she brought over a small bowl. And asked if I wanted a cookie! Jesus Christ come on! How about acknowledge the soup issue and offer my money back? I was so disturbed I threw every thing away before we left! I’ll never come back and I hope they fire whoever seems to be putting pubes in the soup and start giving their front cashiers a lesson on giving great customer service.

Thank you for your help this morning for breakfast! I need to eat dairy free, my daughter is a newly declared vegan and my son just wanted a breakfast sandwich. You patiently helped us through our choices with a smile. Great coffee to boot!

This review is about the staff. They are friendly, let us meet in peace and have great drinks(food or pastries). I have had pastries a couple times and they are cold(need heated up or something, not the best for sure. What I love is the location and the staff. I have eaten here and the soup was great also… just like every Panera I have tried. A for staff, A for soup C for salad, D for pastries.

When I went to this Panera it was my first experience with the company. I didn’t really know what to get so I ordered half a grilled cheese and a bowl of tomato soup. The food was simply delicious. It was a fresh, tasty little lunch that I am not accustomed to when eating out. Everything was very good, especially the little roll that I was given(which was super fresh). So food wise, this place is amazing. Cleanliness wise, this place was dirty as can be. Crumbs all over the floor and tables as if no one had been through to clean it up in a while. Stacks of trays of food with dirty dishes on the garbage can. Now if they were slammed with business then I could understand them falling behind, but it was pretty slow and there were not that people there. So, food is simply delicious. Cleanliness, eh.

This was my first time trying out any Panera restaurant, and unless starving again, I probably wouldn’t go back. The service was excellent, and the two ladies at the front were very informative and helpful. The food was up really fast which was nice. I had the ½ & ½ combo with a cup of tomato soup and a turkey BLAT. The ingredients seemed high quality, nice big chunks of turkey and real avocado(not Subway style«spread). It was hard to eat though, and ended up all over the place. On top of that there was nothing really outstanding about it. The soup was good, but again, nothing special and seemed rather salty. My partner’s tomato and mozz panini was alright, but overpowered by a huge serving of sun-dried tomatoes. He ended up picking ½ of them off. The layout of this place is weird too. The drink area is right across from the trash station, so crowds form waiting to do their thing… in the meantime, the same aisle is where customers are funneled after ordering, and where they pick up food. It was crowded and people were doing a lot of shuffling. I digress… the food just isn’t that special, especially considering the price. I paid $ 10 for a small ½ sandwich, and a tiny cup of soup, with a fountain drink on the side. Seems a bit steep for the experience. I like their social mission and how they give back, but there are a lot of better options in Portland for a quick sandwich or some soup and salad.

I love panera but this location has not gotten my order correct a single time. Which because of it’s location has been a lot of times. Unfortunately there’s no other panera nearby. The issues range from forgotten bread, silverware, salad toppings and most recently I ordered frontega chicken however there was little to know chicken. Please don’t get me wrong I’m not the hard to please type but this place is poorly managed.

Never been to a Panera before but it was what I expected. Mostly soups, salads, sandwiches, and some basic pasta dishes. The bread was very tasty which is what they are known for I suppose. It was super busy at lunchtime but the food came fairly quickly. Pretty sure the Panini sandwiches are pre-made. A bit on the pricey side but nice comfortable atmosphere. Great if you want a light and tasty lunch!

The ingredients are usually very good. The problem I have with Panera is the lack of care and attention to detail when putting my sandwich, panini, or salad. I love real avocado but just one big chunk on the middle of the sandwich makes it very hard to eat. If I order my panini without onion I shouldn’t find any. If my friend orders no tomato on her salad(tomato allergy) she shouldn’t have to pick several chunks out and take benadryl. Generally good food I would just rather wait another couple minutes for my food to get some attention to detail.

ok whenever I come across grewt service I like to talk wbout it. Well the crew here is fantastic. First I love the green tea papaya iced. If yiu hwvent tried it you should. But what makes it grewr is thst I asked a cashier the ingredients and she told me. Later I asked if ahe knew what was in it and ahe said why dont I just print you out the ingredients list wnd it will have suggestions on how to make it. She did just that. The ambiance is nice and cozy and a great place to study or work in the evening. Lunch time is crazy
