I like this Starbucks and I’m «one of those» that have been to a Starbucks or 2. I like the baristas here and the fact that every time I’ve gone they make sure to get your drink right while being friendly and attentive. The one blonde gal working in the morning remade my drink one time because she thought the guy who had done it, started the drink off wrong, he was new, so she remade it without me even asking. These baristas are great and this Starbucks is pretty conveniently placed and quick. I’m usually in there for less than about 6 min. Thanks guys ! Keep being great !

Not the best Starbucks by any means. Keeps me caffeinate when I need it. Staff is okay.

I am Not happy with this location. My order isn’t special and doesn’t require any substitutions, but they charged me for and made me a different and more expensive drink. I didn’t realize it until I tasted it and noticed it obviously contained 2 ingredients I am allergic to and one I can’t have for health reasons. They remade the drink correctly but did not offer to refund the overcharge. Drink #2 was a special order that is purchased here(and many other locations) on a very regular basis. Today they claimed they have never and will not make the drink that way. After several minutes of discussion with the cashier, we were able to get the barista to tell the cashier that they do indeed make that drink all the time. After we left I tasted my remade drink only to discover that it still contained one of the three ingredients I specifically asked for it to be made without, so I couldn’t drink it, but by this time we were already late so I couldn’t go back. I am purposely being vague about the drinks because while I do not frequent this location and can easily avoid it, the person I was with this day does not have the option of traveling to a farther location and I don’t want her future experiences to suffer for my complaining. Personally, I do not recommend this store.

It’s a Starbucks in a strip mall on the corner of a busy intersection. You need a key to go to the bathroom because it’s that kind of a neighborhood. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. Nothing special about this one. The drinks taste the same as the Starbucks less than a mile down the road. The barista wears the same bored, polite smile, if you’re even lucky to get a smile, and the drink is ready with an impersonal smile before the barista moves on to the next drink. Why thanks, and you have a nice day too.

This is the worst Starbucks. This one is the closest to my house, but I avoid going here as much as I can. Lots of mistakes, eye rolling, and just general bitchiness from some of the staff here. It doesn’t matter how nice you try to be to counteract the rudeness before it starts. I once had an order screwed up here and they gave me a coupon for a free drink to apologize. I didn’t complain about the mistake or anything. I thought, «Wow. That was nice of them! That’s good customer service!» Then, when I tried to use this coupon, they told me they don’t accept those anymore and basically accused me of buying an old one off eBay. Really? This is just one of many bum experiences here. I was a barista for years and I totally get having a bad day. But their bad day is every day here. :(I’m only writing this review now because I made a personal promise to never go to this one again.

This place is the worst. The worst! I prefer blond pour over at Starbucks. Maybe that’s annoying, but Starbucks brewed coffee can be really awful and when I’ve tried to suck it up in the past and just get it brewed I’ve ended up just throwing the full cup in the garbage. WITHTHAT, to the two«baristas» who were here late morning on Sunday who were rolling their eyes and openly bitching about having to make me a pour over when they’re busy. My apologies. I’m really sorry that you had to take the time to pour hot water over the coffee beans. I’m the worst. I should have ordered a Frapuccino which takes twice as long, but at least I wouldn’t be able to hear you trash-talking me over the blender.

I will echo most of the other reviews. Not your typical Starbucks experience. My order is often wrong which I then wait an unacceptable amount of time for my correct order. I often mobile order to find when I arrive that I have to tell them about it & then wait 10 minutes for my order with no apologies or gift card for their screw up. They really do not understand the mobile order concept at this location. I would never go to this location if it wasn’t so close by. Save yourself the frustration & go to the one at FuBon or the 39th& Holgate location, hell any other location!

This has been my Starbucks for eight years being across the street from my work. The staff have rotated quite a bit but the new baristas pick up my order pretty quick since it has been the same 3 – 5 days a week for 8 years. There are 2 people that have been there since I’ve frequented the place. They are awesome because my order is usually ready by the time I’m at the register. The newbies still need to figure out how to make an out of order iced coffee when they are making an order for an entire office. That person picking up for 10 people is expecting a longer wait. I am not. The iced coffee can be inconsistent and its not as good as Black Rock or Stumptown but they have all been very friendly and I have never had a bad experience there. It’s also a very convenient location.

This Starbucks is loud and small and very uncomfortable to relax at. I’m used to a very nice environment to study in and could not find that here. The wireless internet is slow and laggy even when just using a search engine such as Google. Don’t bother watching YouTube videos or listening to podcasts because it takes literally an hour for streaming content to load. They also didn’t have all the ingredients for a special that they just started advertising and making, so I left disappointed.

This is my favorite Starbucks place, it’s closeby to where I live. It’s a little crowded whenever I come, but still a nice place to hangout and get some drinks.

Great store, right on the corner of S.E. 82nd ave. /Holgate in the Eastport Plaza. Recently updated inside with all new seating. Outside seating as well with Umbrellas at a few of the outside tables. Granted all the food is pre — made but it’s all pretty good. I like the Sun dried Tomatoe & Mozzarella sandwich. Fresh and good for you. The weekend staff are all super friendly and crazy fast. That’s just the way I like it.(In the morning I want my coffee right now!)

It is a great Starbucks for the 82nd holgate neighborhood. I read some of the bad reviews, but we need to understand that this is probably one of the busiest Starbucks too. I think the staff here did their best

I get it. It’s Starbucks. They are mostly all the same, so I’m not going to complain about my overpriced crappy corporate disposable cup drink. I am going to complain about the service. The girls working there were very unprofessional and straight up rude. They gossiped loudly in front of a full house, complained about their jobs, and kicked us out in the snow before closing time. My advice is don’t go to Starbucks, but if you do, don’t go to this one.

I wanna give this place a NOSTAR. This has to be one of the worst customer services I’ve had/received at any Starbucks! I ordered an iced venti WHITE mocha and the person taking the order either heard incorrectly or wrote it incorrectly, but the barista made a regular mocha. I let him know that it was supposed to be a white mocha. He looked at me like I’m an idiot and with an attitude said«really.» Um yea stupid, that’s why I’m tell you. Soooo the jerk head proceeds to take the drink back and makes everyone’s drink ordered AFTER mine before remaking my drink. Really bro? You guys effed up my order and you are going to make me wait? I love baristas because they make my delicious coffee and take me out of zombie mode. This guy, not cool AND he should probably work in a different business because customer service is definitely not his niche.

In an attempt to caffeine up this is where I land. It is identical to most Starbucks. The parking lot can be hectic although the store never has much of a line. There are plenty of shops & restaurants in this strip mall. So it can be a browsers delight. Added schmuck points to wal-mart shoppers. They’re easy to pick out of a crowd. If that offends you… good!

I go here when I wake up too late on a Saturday and I just need to ingest caffeine — no matter what it tastes like. The coffee is generally crap. The pastries tend to be okay, and not mangled or stale like you see at some Starbucks. But, what makes the place a good spot for those moments right before the withdrawal migraine sets in is that the staff here are great. They’re friendly but not pushy. It might be that dealing with the«special» customer traffic you get from being a Starbucks with a bus 72 stop and a WalMart right next to it has made them all hyper-aware of people’s personal head space and how to navigate their way through a lot of tough conversations and transactions in a pleasant way.

I can’t tell whether the dude that was chillin’ in this Starbucks talking to himself was insane or just so caffeinated that this inner thoughts were projecting outwardly. Either way, it’s still a Starbucks, but you get the bonus of crazy ass people-watching thanks to the Eastport location. Anyone who has been to Eastport knows what I’m talking about: Society’s finest. All things the same, the coffee is, as always, sub par, but the servers are nice, and that’s what bumps it up to 2 stars for me. That, and the sheer entertainment of Eastport. Where the hell do these people come from? Oh yeah. The Wal Mart across the parking lot.
