They’ve done a lot of improvements since I started there many years ago. It was «World Gym» when I started. I moved away for a long time, but my dad still lives in St. Johns. I took a tour of the place and was impressed about a year ago. If I decide to move back into the St. Johns area, I’ll definently get a membership here. I did notice though some of the equipment from 20+ years ago was still in there. May want to look into upgrading a bit. :)

I just joined West Coast Fitness a few months ago, and I thought I’d be going to the Alberta location more, since it’s closer to my house. But I really like this location, because it’s never crowded and the equipment is brand new. I love that the treadmills all have their own TV’s, as does the other cardio machines.
Overall, I love this place, and can’t wait to try a couple of their classes (the room for their classes looks great — really spacious). Only downside is the bathrooms, which are unisex, and are most of the times clean (not always), but lack any type of shelving or hooks (for purses or anything you may be carrying). But other than that, I love this place.
