Congratulations on stealing $ 300 from a working student!
This is a horrendous company. I paid $ 300 upfront for 6 laser hair treatments and then they «went out business.» I tried for months to contact them. I even tried to file a claim with the BBB, but they couldn’t help me because the company was closed.
Literally, I paid $ 300 and 5 days later they were gone. They had to know they weren’t doing well and just robbed me.
Thanks for absconding with my money.
On the BBB website you can see that 8 people have complained in the past year. (

What happened to the business? I have pre-​purchased services with them and come to find out they have closed their doors. I’ve been very pleased with the services and staff here, very professional and warm. Surprised no one contacted me about services I paid for but never received.

paid up front for 6 laser treatments. I knew that was a mistake. I should have demanded to pay as I go for each treatment. I paid for 2 treatments that I will probably not receive since the place has gone out of business. I got a phone call today from Tala, the owner, who told me not to come to my appointment this afternoon because they were closed and werent sure if they would be opening again…

Just showed up for my appointment at 6pm and the doors were locked. There was a hand written note saying we are closed until further notice. All the furniture was moved out! I received no phone call or warning. Furthermore I am still owed 2 treatments I paid for upfront! Does anyone know what’s going on here?

I’m not sure where Bent K is getting these facts from, but I have been to West Hills Cosmetic Center since it’s opening and I’m beyond satisfied with the quality of service.
After this business transitioned to new ownership, things have been absolutely FANTASTIC!
I’ve been going to Michelle for my laser treatments and she rocks!
