Avoid these scam artists at all costs! They PROMISED to give me a reminder call re my next appointment, didn’t call me, then sent me a bill for a missed appointment. When I called to discuss, the counter person said they don’t guarantee reminder phone calls and they wouldn’t waive the fee. I asked to speak with the manager… the same counter person called me back and said they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to speak with the manager yet again. She finally calls me and leaves a voicemail saying that I’ve already been told nothing can be done about the fee. When I finally get her on the phone, Berina rudely says she’s already listened to everything I have to say when she hasn’t spoken to me ONCE. She changes their story yet again and claims that I did receive a reminder voicemail because «they had a notation I was left a message» .I told her again that I did not receive a voicemail and a digit must have been misdialed. She refuses to do anything about it. She is rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and practices illegal ways of ripping people off. I hope their fight for a $ 25 missed appointment fee is worth losing a customer for life, this negative review, all of the people I will tell about this face to face, and their efforts to make me pay it, as I will fight this all the way to court. I will not be penalized due to the negligence of their employees.
