I first discovered Wardrobbe about 5 years ago when I moved to downtown Raleigh and began visiting Cameron Village as my main shopping destination. Now my wardrobe has many pieces that I have found at Wardrobbe. The owner, Robb, is great… very friendly and helpful and always glad to see me. I’m very impressed with his ability to visually determine my size and suggest items that will look flattering on me. For example, one of my first major purchases at Wardrobbe was 2 Nicole Miller dresses, which I ordered at a Trunk Show. I was going to allow myself 1 dress but after a couple glasses of wine and trying on lots and lots of beautiful and sexy dresses I ended up ordering 2. Robb and the Nicole Miller rep helped to determine my size since the dresses I wanted were not in my size at the show so we had to ‘guess’. I was a little nervous about buying a dress without actually trying on the right size but they got it right. When the dresses came in, Robb called me. Since I’m vertically challenged (aka short), I needed to get the dresses shortened. I ask him for a seamstress recommendation, one that would be able to handle the complicated hemline. He said he uses Lee’s at Crabtree Valley Mall. I was a little skeptical but I went to Lee’s and I was very pleased with their work and have been using them exclusively. In addition to several dresses, I have purchased a bathing suit, Jude Connally sundress, cute linq tank, and a sexy Sky top. Wardrobbe also offers all types of accessories including jewelry, scarves, and handbags.
Besides the wide variety of women’s fashions, Wardrobbe has a small but decent selection of men’s wear. I have purchased designer jeans, Penguin sweater and swimming trunks, and several Stone Ross shirts for my husband. I’ve been happy with the quality of the clothes over time.
I really like the fun and fresh new fashions and great customer service at Wardrobbe.

Great store! The owner was so helpful when I was shopping! They have a variety of clothes from more to less expensive. The selection of sizes was a bit sparse but sounds like you have to check back often to get the good stuff. They have a great mans section and can really help you find the right things. One of the best shopping choices in Raleigh!

Great selection of Men and Womens items. Looks for more well known brands like; Nichole Miller, Rock & Republic, True Religion, Ben Sherman, Trina Turk. Wardrobbe always has a great selection of party dresses for a special evening out. Very friendly and helpful staff.

LOVE! Huge, ginormous selection of Trina Turk and great other labels, casual and dressy, mixed in (Rock & Republic, Diane von Furstenberg, etc.). I think it’s one of the most thoughtful collections in all of Cameron Village. They also offer stuff for girls and guys, so if you brought your man along to shop, have him try on a pair of A-​pockets while you sift through their racks. As is the nature of a small boutique, staff is friendly and ready to be help you find something for an occasion/​locate a size/​drop some serious cash.
