Weird customer service experience. I had to make a return, and I look up the store’s hours online, which says they’re open at 9(I should’ve checked Unilocal first, which has the hours right). I show up at 9:20. Lights are on, but doors are locked. There is a woman in the parking lot sitting in her car with the windows down, looking at me while she’s talking on her cell phone and smoking. I felt kind of embarrassed that she saw me walk up to the door only for it to be locked, because clearly she must be waiting too. I look for store hours on the window, but there are none. I decided to kill some time in the shopping center waiting for the store to open(even though I don’t know what their hours are). I come back at 9:50 and the door is now open. I walk in and a sales associate looks outright alarmed to see me. I ask her«are you open?» She was very polite and says«no, we open at 10. The door is open because I’m waiting for my manager to come in. I’m so sorry! If my register was unlocked I’d be more than happy to help.» As she is talking to me, the manager walks in and blows right past me without saying a word. Turns out, the manager was the woman in the car from earlier! The sales associate looks a bit embarrassed. She apologizes again as she walks me to the door and then shuts it and locks it behind me. «Come back in a few minutes!,» she said. Clearly the manager has the attitude that her obligation to provide customer service starts exactly at 10 and not a minute earlier. It would have been nice for her to tell me their opening time when she saw me go up to the door the first time and look for store hours on the window.

I’m not at all sure about this location, and this review is based solely on customer service. I stopped in for a quick return — the store was relatively quiet. No line, just a couple women browsing. My husband and I were at the desk for a few looking around wondering if anyone actually worked here. We rang the bell(wait for it…) and an employee poked her head out from the back and said she’d be with us in a few. I then noticed she was chatting with another employee, so we stood there for awhile waiting for someone to help us. She finally came to the front and completed the return. Then said, «the bell you rang is for the charity drive, so now you have to donate.» I’m sure she was joking, but I was annoyed at that point about the crazy long wait time without so much as an apology — I’m all for joking around, but not after you’ve wasted my time on a Saturday morning. I’ll skip this location and either shop online or at the mall instead.

Fantastic customer service. I believe the woman helping me was perhaps the store/shift manager, but she was fantastic. Helped find additional items in my size(which I realize is upsetting, but it was still quite nice), and gladly changed items on prices that were marked one way but ringing at a higher price. Definitely recommend this location, especially compared to the one at Crabtree. Terrible customer service there.
