A+ service!!! My wife and I finished landscaping our yard and started researching hot tubs and found Bullfrog spas with their unique «jet pack» system! My wife and I visited Gene in his Rancho Cordova showroom and we were sold. Bullfrog Spas are a quality built spa providing energy efficiency including world class design and innovative jet packs!
Gene delivered our Bullfrog Spa himself, set it up, and took the time to explain operation, water testing, and answer any other questions I had. He made our spa purchase a fun and exciting experience and provides continued support answering any questions I have. We love our Bullfrog Spa and I have to say our favorite thing about the spa is the individual jet packs and the relaxing relief they provide every day! Love my Bullfrog Hot Tub. Glad I listened to the advise of the other Hot Tub stores and walked into The Hot Tub Place of Sacramento. You don’t realize how competitive the Hot Tub market is until you walk into a couple of stores. Let them know you are looking at other brands and they are quick to tell you the flaws of that brand. All except Bullfrog. The worst they came up with is why would you want to move your seats, or Bullfrog uses inmates to make their hot tubs. This intrigued me and I had to investigate. Met Gene and it was great to meet someone who talked about his product and bashing the competition wasn’t his style. I quickly saw why his competitors wanted me to stay away. 90 percent fewer hoses and no wood that can rot was big for me. The Jet packs and being able to move them around was not important to me at first. After my Bullfrog was delivered and I figured out my favorite seat. I love moving my jetpacks around to get a different massage whenever I want.
Customer service is awesome. I remember stopping by to pick up some supplies and get some advise on the best settings for my Bullfrog. I mentioned it would be nice if he had some videos because I could see how it could be a little intimidating to set up. Next visit and Gene is showing me all the Videos he created and loaded to his website. To me that is what customer service is about! I highly recommend!
