Fuck this pharmacy… they fail to have medi-cal info on file, even though I used it a week ago… theres one slow fuckin cashier.. Nd one person getting orders ready… and to top it off. they didnt have a full amount of antibiotics for my son. so I am forced to get a smaller bottle of it… I really hate this place.. the cypress bulding is alot busier. but alot more efficient.. if u can avoid this shit hole pharmacy.. I’d recommend it! FUCK! CALLMYFUCKINNAMEALREADY!

Changed their hours. They now close at 6 on weekdays rather than 7. Good luck getting here after work before they close.

I come here for work, though I used to come for myself. Filling Prescriptions by phone is easy. Though sometimes it does not recognize your information. Each time I have left a voice mail & my script has been ready when I go to pick it up. Inside they are quick & do a great job getting you everything they need. Most times they mention consultation, even when you have been taking a medication for years. They have a good stock of OTC medications. Staff has always been pleasant & friendly.

My sixth pharmacy review in a week — what gives, Jennifer L? My kid just got over H1N1 and now I’ve got pink eye, so I’ve had my fill of pharmacies of late. When it comes to Kaiser, I prefer to get mail order medications. It isn’t always possible when you’ve got an infection that requires immediate treatment. Today was such a day. Props to Kaiser for calling in the pink eye prescription for me without me having to come in for an appointment. Hurray for efficiency. The bad: — The Redwood City Kaiser Pharmacies all have tree names(Birch, Cypress, Aspen, etc.). Poetic, yes — practical, no. I was speaking with an advice nurse located elsewhere who didn’t know one from another. I couldn’t remember which was which, but knew I wanted Birch(knew it was on Marshall Street but couldn’t remember the damn tree name). Somehow, my medicine ended up being routed to Aspen instead of Birch. — My medicine was supposed to be ready at 12 noon. It wasn’t — either at Birch or at Aspen. Instead of a quick in and out stop, we were there 45 minutes. That’s a long time to wait with a 3 year old. The good: + The clerk was polite and helpful. He said my Rx wasn’t ready at either place, and it would be quicker to fill it here. He called us when it was ready. + The drug consult with the pharmacist today was useful. My previous experiences here hadn’t been as good(a loud-talking pharmacist who knew only as much as the drug flyer said). + Parking is generally easy(free lot or cheap meters). + The OTC medications are reasonably priced. + My eye medicine was $ 10 — not bad. + We found a very cool kid’s toothbrush that lights up. My son touched many surfaces with it, and of course, stuck it in his mouth. I hope we don’t need to go back soon for more medicine to combat all the germs we picked up today. I vastly prefer getting mail order prescriptions, but this is a better bet than Cypress Pharmacy… if only I can remember the name of the correct tree where I want my Rx sent.
