Kmart Little Caesars Pizza Station

Little Caesar’s pizza is a guilty pleasure of mine. Though it’s probably one of the most unhealthy kinds of foods that I could choose from, you can’t really beat $ 5 for a few meals worth of food, especially when it’s ready and waiting for you as soon as you order.
Buuuut, it’s actually NOT ready and waiting for you as soon as you order. I only go to this location (and give it the 2 stars that I did) for the fact that it’s a convenient distance from where I live. The pizza is almost always being made to order. At any other location, the longest that I’ve had to wait if it’s during the PM dinner rush is about 10 minutes. Here, I’ve had to wait anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. Now, I understand that this is kind of a 1^st world problem. Ohhhhhh nooooooooo, I had to wait 30 minutes for my food, ohhhh the horror. But the issue here is that «Hot n Ready» should not mean that you may be waiting 30 minutes, or it shouldn’t be advertised that way.
This is possibly due to their oven, which moves the pizzas along a conveyor belt at a snail’s pace. It sounds like some kind of medieval torture device, as there is this constant high-​pitched squealing that permeates the entire area. I don’t understand how the workers don’t get driven crazy by it, and it’s almost to a level that I would suggest earplugs, but I could understand if it factors into the service. Another possibility is that they are just too small (there isn’t all that much space for all the behind-​the-​counter action, such as multiple ovens, in comparison to other Little Caesars that have a whole storefront to work with) to accommodate the volume of people that could be coming through there during the evening rush, meaning that people have to wait more often than not. In that case, I don’t see much chance of things improving. I should mention that I haven’t ALWAYS had to wait there, but I do a lot more than at any other LC’s I’ve been to.
The service is not too far from what I would expect in a Kmart chain. Nobody looks elated to be working there. It shows, and I’m ok with that. I wouldn’t be either. I haven’t paid that close attention to the cleanliness of the place. I see that some folks have taken pictures of some stains on the slurpy machine etc. I’m satisfied as long as I don’t see any vermin running around. Otherwise it looks like people are using gloves and all the basic necessities like that.
So there you have it. Two stars because I’ll likely go there again for the convenience, but if I want Little Caesars and it’s a workday, I’d much rather hit up the one near my work.

Bad service. ordered supreme pizza​.to. me supreme means lots of vegetables… the only vegetables this Supreme Pizza had, tons of onions, black olives & sausages. never will step a foot at that place again. i will go to pizza hut and get a better pizza for the same price…

I bought 3 pizzas the other and they. were yummi delicious and the pizza maker was very friendly and nice, I think. hes name was lino, very delicious pizza and very affordable too, wow !!!

How is it hot and ready when I had to wait 15 min for it then I asked for a 2 liter and he said we don’t have any get it from the store

Worst place ever. Rude staff, nasty pizza. Closed almost all the time, and takes forever to order it. Close it down or get new staff and clean the place up it discusses me!

The store is in fact messy and dirty. They had no pizzas ready, requiring an hour long wait. Not the first time, either.
And the employees don’t seem to give a rat’s ass.

I call in a 5 times to order a pizza and I get no answer all 5 times. I go in to order and the place just looks disgusting! Yeah, NEVER going there again!

Not sure about quality of Pizza since I never have the chance to order one, every time I stoping by around 4 – 5 pm they are close hours ahead of designated scheduled closing time that should be around 7 pm.
Therefore if you just finish work around 5pm don’t bother going there they either understaffed, have broken oven or just out of dough/​supply
My main concern is health and safety of food, prepared by this two filthy dirty looking employees. While standing and observing food preparation I notice none of them wearing any gloves while touching food and everything else.
Needless to say I lost my appetite and turn away and never come back.
Any health department will shot down this filthy s… t hole permanently on the spot still not sure who and what is more dirty and filthy their kitchen or food servers.
This place is health and safety risk hazard, looks like third world remote hole in the wall with staff taken out of Adams Family horror movie.

No dough!!! At 3:00pm! I decided to try the new pretzel pizza, to my surprise I called in to place the order and the lady says they ran out of dough on a Friday??? I guess it wasn’t meant for me to eat pizza.

Wow… gross.
I knew I shouldn’t have gone here. Kmart and Little Caesars just sound like a disgusting combination anyways, but to actually eat there!!! It was my own damn fault. What really makes me want to vomit is that I could smell Kmart on the pizza when I opened it up to eat at home. But wouldn’t the smell of pizza dominate any other smell you ask? Then you have never been in Kmart… that place reeks. So yes, I could smell Kmart on my pizza as I was eating it. And on my cheese pizza I kept tasting cinnamon. WTF?! There was many bites that included biting into tiny crunchy sand like pieces. WTF once again. The crazy bread was super doughy and had ZERO garlic on it. It also tasted as if it was just heated up from the day before. I know this because I’ve heated up Little Caesars crazy bread the next day and it’s NOT good, and that’s what this was like. Lastly, the ranch dressing they give you is not Little Caesars ranch (which I love)…it was some random ranch packet that was sour and vinegary. Sigh.
In conclusion, I will not be returning to this Little Caesars nor would I recommend it to anyone with a pulse.

The pizza is good but the place is dirty! The workers never clean the tables or floors. Do not eat in the store, GROSS! Also the working crew is slow and rude! Bitch do your job! The laziest working crew I have ever seen. How do they keep their jobs? I smell a visit from the health department!

First of all, the little ceaser part is great. The pizza is good. The part that is a piece of crap is the workers attitude and how they handle the customers and they eating area! None if the workers care about if their quality work. The Asian women who takes your order goes so slow and doesn’t prioritize customers. She doesn’t even bother to calm your number out when your pizza is ready. She just pots it on top of the oven and walks away! I had to chase her down! She doesn’t know how to properly use the register so she’s always messing up the order. Now on to the seating area… that place is a dump! It is never clean! The tables are always dirty, empty boxes and trash all over the floors. I’ve been coming here a long time and i have never seen anyone worker clean tables. You better bring your own napkins if your plan on getting any type of drink cause the counter in front of drinks is corroded with dry sticky soda and icee that never gets wiped away! They need workers who care about the customers and not about themselves. You another thing that would help? CLEAN THE DAMN PLACE UP!

i have never tasted a better ham pizza then the one that they sell here and the garlic bread mmm… my favorite i love this place…
