Unfortunately peter woos has lost a loyal customer due to the rude woman who works here.(im assuming the owners wife). Our delivery was over and hour late when we live less than a mile away. We called after an hour to ask about our order and they finally said it was on the way. We asked what was taking so long and they said«traffic». We placed the order at 11 p.m. I find it hard to believe that there is traffic at that time. Once the food arrived it was the wrong order from what we usually get and the food was cold. We called back to complain, which we hardly do and got the pleasant woman on the phone. She told us straight up that she«didn’t need our shit» and to «write whatever we want on Unilocal about her». So here I am letting everyone know what a horrible person she is and that she should no longer be in this kind of industry if thats how she wants to treat her customers. I will stay away from this place from now on and look for Chinese food elsewhere where I will be treated with respect.

Going on almost 20 years I’ve been frequenting PW’s. I’ve become a part of the Woo family of regulars, staff and owner. It’s my pleasure to consider Peter, Betty, Gene and Tony great friends of mine. But that doesn’t change the fact that their food is fantastic. A recently added item that is a must are spicy chicken fingers. OMG that are ridiculously delicious! But also try the Singapore noodles, General Gao Shrimp and spicy string beans. Great staff, great food, parking in the back and always a fun crowd. GETSOME!!!

This is the late night spot! If your ever at Logan and want Chinese or tropical cocktails, yes tropical cocktails! Give this place a shot! Interesting atmosphere, great staff, wish I didn’t have to drink to try one of the tropical cocktails() and wish they had NYC General Tso’s chicken on the menu, but overall a great late night spot!

This is our guilty pleasure place! Great Chinese food and strong fog cutters! Much more affordable than most Chinese restaurants in the area. The staff is great, love the small knit community vibe. Always bump into someone we know!

Peter Woo’s has to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in Revere, maybe even in the Boston area. I had the Pu Pu Platter which came in a generous portion size and was one of the best I’ve ever had. I especially loved the spare ribs — really meaty and juicy. Also ordered the Chicken Lo Mein. The sauce the noodles were stir fried in had an undescribeable flavor, almost heavenly. Gene, Tony, Betty and of course Peter are the best! This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars — The bathroom was immaculate, lol.

Over an hour for delivery is lame all on its own. When the food lacks flavor and the staff is surly(in the non endearing way) it’s a rough combination. Plus, even the food labeled as spicy was bland. Only flavor was the sugary sweet sauces. Not worth it.

Well, let me start with this. Any Chinese food that I am around in my life, is instantly compared to Woos. In fact, I can’t eat Chinese food most of the time because it is garbage. Woos cooks everything fresh to order. The best in Massachusetts hands down! Not to mention the staff is friendly and accommodating. It’s nice to see that Peter gave up a career in modeling to so that he can insure the best, most fresh, highest quality Chinese food in New England! RUN, don’t walk to Peter Woos!

Once again, came home for a visit with the family and got Peter Woo’s on the first night. It was tasty and filling as usual. We tried something new this time. The Chow Fun was a great consistency but wasn’t quiet as flavorful as our normal fav, the lo mein.

I’ve been enjoying this place with the homies for awhile. The best things to try out are the spicy chicken wings, fried wontons, and fog cutters. This is the only place in Revere that has great Chinese food. The service is great from Tony or Gene. I highly recommend this place.

I don’t like Chinese food. But a few Zombies fixed up by Gene… I do like Chinese food(kind of…) I go here with friends, and see everyone I went to high school with. It’s a high school reunion, minus the hall &DJ. I go here only for the drinks, really. The 338 closed, so it’s our last resort if we don’t want to catch anything from the bars on Reveah Beach.

Peter Woo’s Chinese Restaurant is conveniently located on the busy corner of Broadway and Park Ave in Revere Massachusetts. Originally opened in 1995, by owners Betty and Peter Woo, for the past 18 years it has been one of the top Chinese restaurants North of Boston. Unlike many other American Chinese restaurants, Peter Woo’s only uses high-quality ingredients in their food, and has a high reputation for cleanliness and impeccable service. As previously pointed out by another reviewer, they have a double filtration water system and they wash their tableware twice to ensure its cleanliness. Furthermore, they serve the most authentic Cantonese Chinese cuisine around(This is coming from someone who actually lived in China). Their experienced waitstaff, Tony and Gene, will ensure that your Peter Woo’s dining experience is a pleasant one. I have personally been patronizing this establishment since its opening and can say with no reservations that their food is consistently terrific. Their menu is a combination of the typical American Chinese fare(egg rolls, beef teriyaki, chicken fingers) combined with elements of authentic Cantonese Chinese cuisine(Wonton Soup, Beef and Broccoli, Spicy fried squid). I quite honestly have not had better local Cantonese Chinese food anywhere else north of Boston. Their«Chef’s specials» are all terrific and their potions are abundantly large. If you are dining alone or are on a budget, their«appetizer dinner plates» are sure to please. They also have a full liquor license and serve all different kinds of alcohol from different brands of beer to mixed drinks like the Mai-Tai. However, don’t take my word for it. You need experience Peter Woo’s yourself to see how great they are. If they have been in business for close to twenty years, they must be doing something right, so do yourself a favor and head on over to Peter Woo’s Chinese Restaurant. I guarantee that you won’t regret it!
