Best Cleaners

I brought a pair of pants in with a stain on them. They charged me 7.40 instead of the 6.40 posted never knew why, maybe because of the stain. I picked up my pants brought them to the car and the stain was still on there. Yes I understand if they did not get it out. But they should have told me they couldn’t get the stain out. Also there was another stain on the pants and the owner said that stain was there, which it was not, because his wife and I both marked the stain and this stain was right next to it. He said the dry cleaning process brought it out. It looks like a rust stain from their equipment. Instead of being nice he insisted it was there and said it won’t come out. I have spent probably $ 1,000.00 in alterations and dry cleaning and I will not go back there because the way they treated me. He doesn’t treat customers well.

I love coming here to pick up my laundry, because they are so friendly! I don’t know if they treat all of their customers equally friendly, but man I feel welcomed :) Their price range is moderate, but definitely a good deal for me considering the amount of same-​day service, redo service if the stain doesn’t go out easily, etc. I’d recommend this place to any one. my advice: make them remember your name

I can’t speak to their cleaning standards, but I would never have them alter any of my clothes. I had two pairs of Travelers Pants, brand new, over $ 90/​ea, ruined by their incompetent seamstress. I asked twice if she could handle that kind of fabric and she assured me that she could. When I went to pick them up and saw the awful seams, she said it was very difficult fabric to work with, didn’t even apologize for ruining them and didn’t offer to at least remove the charges for them. Very unprofessional and callous.

I do a lot of dry cleaning. I have been coming here for years now. I even moved to the other side of Roseville and still make the trip to give them my business. Friendly folks, they remember my name and sometimes my phone number. There was even a time when I arrived after hours and the owner unlocked the door, booted up the computer and gave me my suits that were needed that evening!!!
I have been through a few dry cleaners and I strongly suggest Best Cleaners on Douglas Blvd.

We have been taking our dry cleaning to Best Cleaners for over 7 years. I have found they do a great job — and if you point out a stain they will tag it and attempt to remove it. I have also had several alterations done here and they turned out beautifully. The owners are so friendly that we still bring our garments here even after moving across town.

There’s no doubt the owners are very friendly. We’ve been going to Best Cleaners for several years… and because this dry cleaners is so convenient we’ve let a lot slide as far as quality. I’ve had a beautiful jacket ruined, knit sweaters that should be folded, hung on hangers, thus stretching them horribly out of shape. This even after repeatedly asking them to fold them PLEASE! Buttons smashed, even a lovely pair of black slakes lost.
We’ve never asked to be compensated for our ruined garments… we’ve tried to be understanding. After all, we bring in a lot of dry cleaning and odds are something will be ruin sometime.
But the last straw came when several of my husbands white work shirts were pressed and returned to us without being washed. It was so obvious it was embarrassing. We asked them to rewash and press the shirts, pointing out the obvious stains and dirt that had pressed into the shirt! We were truly upset and frustrated. This wasn’t the first time our nice clothes have been ruined by this dry cleaners, but it had to be the last!
We’re partly at fault for our frustration because we continued to patronize Best Cleaners after the first few items were ruined. We now admit what other Reviewers have noted… ‘short cuts’ are being taken, and we the Customers are being short-​changed. We’re done!

I’ve been living in Roseville for the last decade, and Best Cleaners is the only dry cleaner I’d go to. I’ve had my share of bad experience at the dry cleaners, but at Best Cleaners, none. The lady’s kind, my clothes come out clean, and price is reasonable. They’d also work with your schedule and do a rush order, which really works for me. I read other reviews, and as for me, I think they remember my car; my things are always outta rack and ready to go even before I finish parking. Can’t ask for more.

I used them a few times. Sometimes the items would come back with the stains still on them. I realize that sometimes stains don’t come out, so that wasn’t the main reason i stopped going there. What made me stop using them was that I had a pair of pants dry cleaned at «Best» cleaners. The pants were fine when they went in but came back pulled on the side seams. They refused to fix what they had done and even made me pay for the pants they had damaged. I won’t be going back there.

I don’t know if I could truly give a dry cleaner 5 stars, but Best Cleaners is pretty close.
Pros: They are really nice people and after a few visits they’ll recognize you and your car and will have your items already up and waiting for pick up before you even finish parking your car. One time I had a tux blazer dry cleaned and he found my bow tie in the jacket pocket and he cleaned and pressed that for free. I have had alterations done too, and she does a great job. They were also really accommodating with my busy schedule too.
Cons: Not the cheapest dry cleaning prices or alterations, but fair for the work you’ll receive.
Overall: If you’re looking for a dry cleaner on Douglas, come to Best Cleaners.

I took some cloths there for a basic dry clean, and received it the exact same condition (w/​stains) that was delivered to them. They are nice people but it seems like they like to cut corners if they think people don’t recheck their cloths. Good Location Though…
