I would like to say Robert is very professional, he is honest and definitely knows what he is talking about when it comes to jewelry. The store is very clean and well organized, they have lots to choose from and I would definitely recommend them no matter what the occasion is and even if you need something cleaned or worked on. This is more than a jewelry store. They advertise as a great way to raise your credit score 20 – 50 points. Who wouldn’t love to do that while getting yourself a little bling in the process.
I have bought a gorgeous mother of pearl Citizen Eco-​Drive Ladies watch and a dazzling set of 8 mm pearl earring from Rob. I love each piece!
The monthly payments are reasonable and Rob is always happily offers to clean your jewelry. He know all of his customers by name. How refreshing. They also buy jewelry.
One on visit a lady was selling some jewelry she obtained when she bought an auctioned storage locker. She seemed very happy with the price.

Had a great experience there right before the Christmas holidays. I brought a ring over from London and (due to a major debacle) ended up wanting to give it to my brother in law for him to give to his sweetheart for a Christmas present. It had some scuffs and scratches and I wanted to take it somewhere to have it cleaned up before it would be gifted.
Enter Preferred Jewelers. I gave them a call and happily they were open right before the holiday. I chatted to Rob, the DM, and told him about my ring. He was able to clean up the ring for me right then and there, and it shone like new again. I offered to pay him for helping me so close to the holiday, but he wouldn’t hear of it, so I thought a review for his time would be helpful.
