Mail Boxes Plus

I have been a box holder the last 3 – 4 years. I am in often, have packages delivered there regularly and enjoy the excellent customer service with each visit.
I would highly recommend to anyone.

I love this shipping, mailing, bubble wrapping, and popcorn establishment. The wonderful ladies that run this shop are all Superstar Rocket Surgeons!!!

Recently my company switched from UPS to FedEx to do all their shipping. But since I have been such a regular here at MBP they said that they would box up my stuff to help me out anyway, which helps me to avoid the long, longer, and longest wait times at the Fed Ex /​Kinko’s.

Anyway, today the most amazing thing happened. I brought my equipment in to be bubble wrapped and popcorned and I was out the door in a jiffy. But somehow I forgot to include the most important pieces of paper that I always need to ship with my stuff. I left them on the MBP counter.
So, to my amazement and astonishment, Holly surprised me with these most important documents, down at the Fed Ex /​Kinko’s shop (about ½ mile away) where I had been waiting in line for about 20 minutes. She knew that I would still be there. I have shared before that the service here is impeccable but I just thought I would share another great story that truly made my day. For her to bring those papers down to me at the FedEx shop was far and beyond the best thing that could have happened. Thank you Holly again for doing that for me. Holly is amazing!!!

So many good things go unnoticed in this world and so I wanted to make sure that Mail Boxes Plus knew that they are so important in our thriving community. Mail Boxes Plus really saves me a lot of headache and I really appreciate everyone that is affiliated with them.

I came here to have stuff notarized, faxed, and mailed. I also noticed they had a machine to duplicate keys and had that done too. The girl was extremely helpful and I was in and out within a few minutes and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back.

I have been to this store many times since I moved to the area a year ago. They have done notaries as well as shipped packages for me. The women that run the store have been very helpful and friendly.

Okay, so it’s not very often I feel a burning desire to write a review for a mailbox store, but I do, so I will. For some reason, the difference in price from the UPS store to Mail Boxes Plus to pack and ship my cd player was 30 dollars. 30 dollars cheaper! Unbelievable.
The woman behind the counter was extremely friendly, I didn’t get her name.
ALSO, this store is in the shopping center parking lot of the GODS. There is absolutely no traffic, and there are always parking spots right in front of the store.
