I am in medica sales and use Paneras across the southeast for catering almost every single week. I will NO longer use them due to the unprofessional catering manager in the northern Atlanta area, Wes Hendrix. Not only did I NOT receive a callback with assistance for a delivery order website mistake but he waited until the DAYOF my meeting to email me that he was too busy! It was IMPOSSIBLE to book anyone else this late and IF he would’ve called me back the day I called him I would’ve been able to find another company. Instead I had to PAY to get on an earlier standby flight so I could pick it up — which was out of my way — and deliver it MYSELF! Though the managers Heather/Lenny did what they could do NOT use them for catering!

Price wise panera isn’t exactly my favorite, but you get what you pay for in quality ingredients and better for you items that are offered here. Service has been good for me for what I can remember about most my visits here. For breakfast I recommend the cinnamon crunch bagel or any breakfast sandwich. For lunch and dinner I usually go with a u pick 2 and get the chipotle chicken sandwich and when they have it the chicken and wild rice soup. The chicken avocado Cobb salad is also very good. Use your my panera card for great rewards.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite fast casual food chains. I like the quality and freshness of their sandwiches, and you can count on getting the same consistent quality whichever location you visit. In particular, I’m a fan of their Mediterranean Veggie sandwich, which is one of the best fast food vegetarian options I’ve had anywhere. I came to this location in Roswell around noon on a Saturday and am giving extra points because the restaurant was not crowded, there were ample seats and one had a sense of privacy while using their free wifi and eating lunch. They had some nice booths that were quite private. The service was friendly and efficient. They have a nice little patio area which also would have been nice to sit in if it wasn’t so hot when I visited. Most of the other Panera locations I have been to have been busy and crowded. They don’t give you a buzzer in this location, but instead call out your name when your food is ready. The buzzer isn’t really needed here since it’s not too crowded. I like the little extra feature of Panera accepting Apple Pay, so I could make my payment with a flash of my wrist. Overall, I had a good experience and would visit again.

I like Panera Bread Menu but I wish they made more loaves of bread. They only sale one loaf a day. The raisin bread is the best. Other than that its great!

They seem to always be out of something. I don’t know if there is a new manager or not but it’s disappointing when they don’t have common things on the menu.

I like Panera and have been happy with other locations, but this restaurant is closest to my house and they just don’t get it. On two different Sunday evenings in the past 3 months my wife and I arrived to learn they had closed early for employee meetings. My last visit was 11/17/2014 when I ordered their French Onion soup(which I love) with a sandwich and was told when our food was ready that they had been out of French Onion soup for two hours. Really? Two hours? And no one bothered to tell the order takers 15′ away? I’ll drive a little further to enjoy my French Onion soup at Houlihan’s in the future thank you. Look at the higher Unilocal ratings for the other Panera locations and pick one of them.

What a mess. Out of ham, no black pepper, sandwich came with paper attached to my cheese, turkey“chunks” not slices. Wow what a trainwreck. They are on probation from my lunch routine for a while. I’ll give them another chance in 30 days but — not a lot of margin for error in the competitive lunch sandwich market.

I like Panera for the most part, because of their soup selections, coffee and bagels, fairly quick in-and-out service and convenience. This location is kind of hidden — I guess in the back of the old Hollywood Video. which blows my mind a little. I’ve been in that building before, as the video store, and I cannot imagine it being there now. Anyway, it’s tucked away in a corner of the shopping center, and you cannot see it coming from the East(I think it’s East.) There’s a cupcake shop in there too. not sure how they survive. The service here is meh. The girl behind the register was very distracted by non-customer things while we’re standing there trying to ask her questions. She was definitely more concerned about who was calling on the phone. She also made a face when we ordered the Mushroom Soup and told us she didn’t like it very much. She did give us samples though and based off that, my mom changed her order. I stuck with it. REBEL. All in all, it’s just fine. Nothing special or fancy. Maybe a good place to meet a study partner or bring your laptop to do some work.

Why is the soup so hot you can’t eat it, and the salads and sandwiches so cold you have to wait for them to thaw out?

Normally this Panera is very good. There were few people inside around 7pm Sunday. Telling the young lady behind the counter about the empty tea canister earned me a supremely uncaring & silent stare. Normally, the response would be, «OK, we’ll have more tea in five minutes». A request for a cup was met with an angry, «they’re over there». The chicken cobb salad had no chicken nor dressing. Asking for help with this earned us angry and grudging assistance. Then the unfriendly lady behind the counter decided she would leave the counter in a huff. The manager kindly refunded our money. No one likes to complain about a restaurant. They just want good food in a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Why eat where the staff makes it clear that they don’t care about you and they don’t care about the food?

We were, once again, happy with our lunch! I highly recommend the pick 2. For lunch, you can’t go wrong. You order up front, grab a seat, and pick up your order when it is ready. Good coffee and free wi-fi, too.

I’ve given this place a couple of shots but I am just not impressed. Perhaps my expectations have been too high going in. Service overall is very slow on each visit. The orders are taken promptly but the people who prepare your food appear to be unorganized. I’m also disappointed with the portions I get on my sandwiches. Ive visited other locations and just had better experiences.

We both were given cold panninis and the order wasn’t right. We’ve been here a few times and the service is hit or miss. Today the staff at the registers and those busing tables were friendly and diligent. A manager was in the kitchen so you’d expect they would bring their A game, but fumbled their execution.

I work just down the street from this Panera location, so been it’s a convenient lunch spot for me since it opened. The problem is when I get a to-go order. They have messed up the order in some way almost every single time. On many occasions I have paid extra to have chicken on my salads, and then it wasn’t included. The kids that work there are just throwing the orders together and need to pay more attention. My co-workers and I have been frustrated on many occasions when we get back to the office only to find that our orders are completely messed up. The food is good, but they definitely need to work on their service. I will continue to eat there out of convenience, but I recommend always checking your order to make sure it’s complete and correct before you leave.

Queue downfall of the movie rental store and insert sandwich shop next to Karate and FroYo businesses. Cleary an attempt to capture the family crowd, this location assumed the former spot of Hollywood Video and sits next to one of the most popular Chick-fil-as in the area while part of a larger Target shopping plaza. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little messy and it’s a bit smaller than the expansive locations most Panera’s occupy. However, the food and experience are on par with almost any other Panera out this way. Has a nice little patio area as well. I still like how they were one of the firsts to really publish full calorie and content menus visible without referencing a website of pamphlet. You know quantities of everything you are about to order. I prefer these type of baked-in-house sandwich shops to the mass market, pre-packaged crowd. Consistently good at what they do. Nice addition to the Roswell /Mountain Park area.

«Yikes. 2 cookies, a salad, sandwich and kids grilled cheese is $ 26 bucks!» The food tastes good, always has, but feeding 3 people on take out sandwiches is too high here.

They’re really trying here, and it’s really cute. The closest Panera to this area is over at the East Cobb Avenue and it is slammed all day long, every day. The concept behind Panera is one that translates particularly well to the country club tennis playing Mom set, so I’m glad they’ve expanded to the area next to my mom’s country club. Other than the great location, it’s your standard Panera. Standard you-pick-two lunch combo, standard calories on the menu, standard unlimited self serve coca cola AND pepsi product refills. But as I mentioned, the cute suburban youth staff hasn’t *quite* figured out how to make those standard menu items. The slightly open kitchen works to their downfall in this respect, as I was able to overhear coaching about how many croutons to put on a salad, reprimanding when soup was burnt, and finally was gently told that maybe I should take a seat while they located additional broccoli cheddar soup(my favorite fall Panera menu item –how do they make this ridiculously creamy soup at only 200 calories a serving???). Add those delays with the single computer outlet already being occupied and the ridiculous 30 minute internet time limit, and I think I’ll stick to Starbucks for my studying needs while I’m in Roswell.
