Great customer service from the dude that services me today at 2:11 am. Got my order right too. It was bz cuz you know this is when the drinks get out the club. But i came with my son. I even heard him patiently repeat things many times to the cars behind me. Even when he kept listing what drinks they had. The lady must ask 3 or 4 other drink that were not named those ⁴⁄₅ times. he was patient and did not look at all irritated. Thumbs up my good sir

This Jack in the box location is horrible. Ive lived in the neighborhood the past 7 years and don’t eat out much but when i do, this location sucks everytime. The staff never gives you what you order and they never have the specials available when u see them advertised on TV. After today, February 4, 2016, I’m never ever coming to this location cause im tired of the lack of intelligence and product availability. It needs to be closed down and made into something else community worthy.

I went to this location this morning and they give really good service. I love going to places where they treat you with dignity.

Jack in the Box was okay it wasn’t the best I needed a quick bite to eat. the customer service was great the environment with clean but the men’s restroom wasn’t available bummer. I order the nacho taco which was greasy and is usually not greasy the chocolate shell was big which was great crunchy like it’s supposed to be. the original whole taco what’s good and tasty but I didn’t ask for them to put the stuff in there butt I guess that’s okay everything was just right as far as. overall you can go there for her a quick bite to eat.

Eew everytime… never good… old & cold food… water down drinks! Just got some orders thinking maybe they’ll do better this time… nope! 0₀

This is THE BEST jack in the box ive ever been to. The food is always fresh & tastes good, the staff is always quick & friendly and have managed to get my order right everytime. I work near there & go there often & give it an A+ 5 stamp of approval

Been here about 100 times over the last 5 years. Sometimes it’s a miss but it’s almost always a hit. Seriously love this place.

A little anecdote for you:
It’s past 1:30 am on a Thursday with drunk friends in the car. We aren’t loud or rude though probably pretty giggly. We order a lot of food (tacos upon tacos).
«That’ll be $ 23.00»
We drive up and lady at the window says:
«$ 24.00»
I’m in the passenger seat but I find this odd since she and the screen both said «$ 23.00». Driver gives her the $ 24 and she hand us the food but doesn’t give us a receipt. Before we start to pull away I remind driver to get a receipt. We pull out and I look at it, it says $ 23, not $ 24. I mean, it’s just a dollar right? We pull back through and get the dollar back, on principle man! (and did I mention there was a car of drunk people?) Cashier doesn’t even blink an eye when we ask for it back, she hands it over no problem.
Does this stop me from coming to his place? Not really, since I don’t come here that often anyway. It is what it is. A man comes up to my window while I am waiting in line and asks for money. It is what it is. Cops are regularly parked outside. But I can practically see this place from my house, making it the closest 24 hour hangover cure around.
My advice: Get your order in and get out.

Warning: This is a semi-​unfair review. After a night of building up liquid courage… and other stuff, finally made my wat to JITB for a munchie meal. Opened the box to be great by two grease soaked tacos… literally, and a mess of a blazon chicken sandwich. Not even beer goggle could make Jack look good to me, so I just passed it on to my pooch

Went here for a quick lunch. The tacos tasted pretty bad and the chicken sandwich was stale. Avoid if possible.

This review is not for the restaurant, but for the blazin chicken sandwich. The restaurant is just like any other jack in the box; same menu, same quality of service.
If you are like me, you can handle spice; and I mean you REALLY can spice. You love a nice ghost pepper sauce on your burger, and chew on szechuan peppers in a stirfry as if it’s just another mellow ingredient. If you’re like me, you’ll find the blazin chicken sandwich to be only slightly spicy. But it IS a yummy sandwich for a good price, especially if you have coupons. We had coupons to get two sandwiches for the price of one. They were yummy, and we ate them in less time that it took this fast food joint to prepare them. I recommend trying this sandwich at least once.

I witnessed a child on a bike slang to a homeless person while waiting in drive thru, but my jalapeño poppers and jumbo jack were exactly as expected in my 1am moment of need. Thanks Jack in the Box for always reminding me why I pay for a gym membership!

I didn’t want my very first Unilocal review to be a one-​star-​er, but my experience there was the worst one ever that I had to share it.

Quick Service is an understatement! For Godsakes the lady bought my food to my table! THANKS GIRL! These ladies seemed like they were having a grand ol time at work and I LOVED IT! Keep it up ladies your energy was contagious :)

I’ve had them mess up my order several times before today. It wasn’t that big of a deal; they always fixed it when i returned. Before today I would have given them 3 stars.
Today they got the order right, but they sold me a sandwich with old egg in it. The egg was a sickly green color. I’m never going to go to this jack in the box again, which is a shame because I really like most Jack in the Box locations.
They were nice enough to give me a full refund, but its not worth taking the chance of getting sick.

They tend to screw up my oreder about 30% of the time, but they’re usually friendly while doing it, so I can live. ;)

Quick service through the drive through, HORRENDOUSLY slow inside wait time. Had to wait to order fr about 3 minutes. Then had to wait about 8 minutes to receive my food. WTF? Not OK. I get it get the drive through orders in and out quick so as not to back up but man. Schedule more employees or close the inside seating.
New burger seasoning is good.

It’s a jack’s. A little low in the professionalism dept. (they were talking about having a party after work instead of paying any attention to their customers) but my order has never been wrong and it’s in a convenient location near the hospital.

OK, so I normally wouldn’t review a fast-​food joint but since I’ve already review Jimboy’s I guess that’s out the window. But now Jack has those new Fajita Snackers. MMMMM!!! That Chipotle Sauce is &*%$!‘ing tastey! I’ve had the Grilled Chicken and Fish and they were both good. And for $ 2.14 (w/​tax) they’re a good deal too. As for the rest of the food there, I’ll have to say the Oreo Cookie shake is evil! The Ultimate Cheeseburger is good when you’re fellin’ like a T-​Rex. I keep theatening to try a salad but keep getting side-​tracked at the last minute…
