so nasty and so rude. literally waits 5 fucking years for 2 ass mcchickens. waiting half of my life for a bitch that dyes her hair with manic panic from sally’s beauty supply to hand me my goddamn mcchickens before the gym.

Ive been coming to this McDonald’s all my life they mess up my order sometimes and some of the workers are a little rude but I don’t believe I’m going back to this McDonald’s again because today I order a big breakfast with hot cakes and when I opened the breakfast platter I lifted one pancake and their was a big live spider under one of the pancakes I’m just overall disgusted and don’t wish to go back

I ordered threw the drive threw and had asked if they had a certain toy for the boy happy meal she said she would tell the second window. I would order the happy meal only if they had the toy I needed so it would not help for me to know at the second window because they do not allow you to change or add to the order once you pass the first window. I proceeded to the second window and no one knew what they had finally a young man came and told me exactly the toys they had and while he was still letting me know the information the manager yelled at the employee various times to get to the other side. The worst I have seen at a McDonalds. Employees should be treated with respect.

Nice enough people but poor service. Three times my drive through order has been incomplete. Always a long line with slow window times. Unless you have lots of time to waste and a small order that you can check while still at the window, you’re better off finding another location.

I’ve gone multiple times to this location and the customer service are always very nice. Their food is cooked correctly. I’ve gone to three locations of McDonald’s around this area and this is the best one. The others uncook either the fries or the nuggets. I’m definitely a regular of this location!

These workers do not know how to properly help a customer. I had to repeat my order four times to the Drive-​thru rep, and he still didn’t get it correct. I ordered a #7, which comes with a 10-​piece chicken McNuggets, fries, and a drink. Doesn’t sound too hard, does it? Instead I received a 10-​piece chicken McNuggets and a drink… no fries. When I called to confirm that the meal came with fries, the rep that answered the phone said it did. So I went back inside and received another round of terrible customer service. They blamed me for ordering incorrectly and would not give me my fries, but instead told me I had to pay extra for them.
Instead of trying to make the issue right, I was blamed for ordering incorrectly. I asked for the number to corporate and instead was directed to call a customer hotline. I asked for the manager’s name, he said, «My name is Jose.» I asked him for a pen. He said, «I don’t have one. You will just have to remember it.» Then he turned and left without resolving the issue. So I called both the customer hotline and the corporate hotline.
If you want your food to be correct, the right price, and have a good customer experience, then I recommend eating at any other McDonald’s!!!

Always check your food. I got my son a kids meal with apple slices only to go home to find the apples were expired. Yes I called back nunorous times til I got a answer a man named Cedric told me to come back for replacement, did I? no! Have not been to McDonalds since!!!

Far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in Sacramento. I order the Spicy Mc chicken meal both large fries and drink. vanilla cone. went through the drive thru. they forgot to give me my vanilla cone and I only got one spicy Mc chicken. The spicy Mc chicken meal always comes in two burgers not one. I didn’t even look in the bag when I got everything because I was in a rush to go somewhere. By the time I got to my destination I decided to open my bag up and only got one burger. I was disappointed because now I had to drive back to complain. I also called them before I went back but they didn’t pick up their phone. Which was far more irritating because I have to drive another 10 minutes back from where I was. I gave it a 3 because this is the first time it ever happened. And I also have friends who works in there. But I will go back just to give them another chance.

If I can give this place a 0 star I would. From crew to general manager. One word that describes them all, UNPROFESSIONAL !! Fast food doesn’t require much from one to work, but damn this place is just ridiculous. Everyone needs to be replaced like mentioned from another Unilocal reviewer. It’s pretty sad.

Bad! Bad!Bad! I just got a Big breakfast. The egg is overcook. The pancakes are cold. The whole meal just like leftovers. The worst experience ever!

Out of my whole experience in my life with McDonalds, I would have to, hands down, say my worst experiences have been at this one. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a sign that you shouldn’t be eating here but really I just come for the dollar coffee because I don’t really like Seattle’s best brand and order an actual food item from time to time. But at this particular location they either a. Always mess up my order, b. Run out of whatever I am going to order, Or c. The staff is so rude. Or best case scenerio: be a combination of all 3. My fault for coming here quite frequently, I guess I should just stop being cheap and take my business elsewhere to ensure that they are stocked on their product. Lesson learned.

I agree with everyone else! This has been a bad mcdonalds. The food is always wrong the service is lacking and the employees are quite rude. I’ve been to way better mcdonalds out there

Bad service. Lacks quality, even for a McDonald’s I expected a little more. The places smells like pee! Do I need to say more?

Went to this location (through the drive-​thru) since the baby gidget was hungry and we had to wait on a refill of a med at the RA location. She had a hankering for a McChicken and fries.
I do not have any kind of gourmet expectations since it is fast food. But I would expect the food to be at least fresh and not over seasoned. The chicken was seriously dry and overcooked. The fries were over salted. It was like eating the contents of a salt shaker.
They did get our order correct and they were quick and friendly so will give them two stars for service.

Oh hell no this is the worst mc donalds i’ve ever been to. tried it twice because the first time the fries werent fresh and was hoping next time it would be better but no. the fries are never fresh and the food is just crap. now a good mc donalds thats always fresh would be in elk grove area. so what makes the food worse here? never came back here and still never will.

Came here recently through the drive thru slappin the song «2 On» by Tinashe & the cashier looked at me saying, «I like it, I like it…» lmao
Depending on the workers, your order can be right or wrong, always double check in front of them. Couple of times they accidentally gave me fish bites instead of nuggets. Can’t blame them though they’re probably new people.

Don’t waste your time at this location!!!

If I could give this Mcdonalds zero stars then I would. Worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Both times I went, the employees were very unfriendly and took forever to help my boyfriend and I and both times they messed up our order. Not going back and may complain to the manager.

I’ve gotten so many Bic Mac’s here, they should know the sound of my voice already.
It’s probably the only McD’s in my area that gets my order right, the only problem I have is the make me wait sometimes for a single meal in the reserved parking when they can just have me wait at the window.

I don’t have high standards for fast food. Just be fast, hot, and edible.
This McDonald’s is THEEEEE worst! Awful. They are slow and always get my order wrong. Always! Even after I have them repeat the order back, it comes out wrong.
I only ate here cuz it’s two minutes from my house. From now on, I’ll go a few more blocks down Fruitridge to the next McDonald’s.
