This is my 3rd time here.
Gayle is excellent, and so is the massage.
She takes her time, and gives great recommendations for follow up (if you want it, like me, getting ready to train).

Gayle is fantastic! I left feeling worked & relieved. She is very knowledgable and personable, I immediately felt completely comfortable in her studio; which was peaceful and very clean. She was honest with me about my needs (which are minimal compared to most of her clients) she didn’t try to convince me I need to see her twice a month or anything crazy. I have already referred my best friend and can’t wait to book my next apt.
Her pricing is very reasonable, $ 70/​hr and you can book online!

WOW! I went to Serene Changes yesterday and had a 1 hour massage with Janette Steele, it was outstanding. They have a nice location, Janette’s massage skills are exceptional, and I left feeling blissful; as one should after a great massage.
