Applebee’s

The food was amazing everything tasted very fresh lots of fresh ingredients. Also service was great our carside order was right on time with everything we ordered piping hot!

It’s been a while since we have been to this location. It’s so close to home, but everytime we have been… Something is wrong with our order. Sadly, if we want Applebee’s, we need to go to another location.

The sirloin was fatty and rubbery, the broccoli was cold and the mashed potatoes were runny. They obviously microwave their food, it was disgusting! I will never be back.

I gave 3 stars cuz it was good, not amazing but good for a chain restaurant.
I’ve been here several times over the years, but today was delicious, I ordered the 2 meals for $ 25 deal, not bad if you’re eating with someone,. I ordered the ceasar salad which is very big, and the 4-​Cheese Mac & Cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. It was delicious, very big portion, enough for leftovers for a second meal. Great service, and pretty slow during lunchtime so it was great to be there without a crowd. I was happily surprised here, since I haven’t tried Applebee’s in quite some time.

I go here once a week for a gathering with friends. This location is the epitome of mediocre and inconsistency. Every time I come here the long island is made differently even though there are recipes, people in my group often order the same things and the 2 plates come out completely different. One plate will be heavily seasoned and the other barely at all.
Its Applebee’s so the food is decent tasting since most of it is pre-​made or frozen so you can certainly find something decent to your taste.
The store is as clean as it can be since its an older restaurant and the staff seems to try hard.
If you go here expecting a typical Applebee’s experience than you won’t be disappointed.

I used to loathe Applebee’s for more than one reason. I still have a problem with people smoking at the bar, which always wafts right to my seat, but that will hopefully be a distant memory if we can vote out smoking inside bars/​restaurants in St. Charles. I have been here before and left a review, but they deserved an update after this last trip.
The 2 for $ 20 specials are a great deal. My wife and I were able to get plenty of food and leave with a full tummy for less than $ 30 including two iced teas and and tip. An iced tea is $ 2.50, which I always think is highway robbery, but I guess they need to make their money somehow. They have moved up one star in my book to 4.

Been here multiple times and it’s been hit or miss on quality and service but the last 2 times were both good. This past time was very friendly service and the food came out fresh and tasty! Plenty of room and good prices! Menu is always changing which is good as it’s not always the same stuff.

First off– I’ve never been a fan of their steaks. After seeing the under 550 calorie commercial (on a diet), I thought i’d give it a try. And I’ve got to say– Applebee’s have some of the BEST low calorie meals around. So much variety and flavor, I had the Roma Steak. The mushroom cap filled with cheesy artichoke harts was to die for! Service was par and place was clean. Highly recommend.

I eat here about twice a week and always sit at the bar whenever Calen is bartending. He’s a great bartender and always keeps the regulars entertained. The pretzels appetizer can’t be beat! Cold beer… good prices… overall good place to go.

It’s Applebee’s.
They are pretty consistent considering it’s factory food. Great people though. Best service is at the bar with Melissa or Emily or Adam or Crystal.

Stopped in to grab a quick lunch before going about my busy day. Host was very nice and helpful. I sat at the bar and it took about 2 – 3 minutes to be greeted. Not that big of a deal but a little bit annoying because she was not busy. After looking at the menu she finally 10 minutes later took my order. I lit a cigarette (she could clearly see that I was smoking) and never gave me nor offered an ashtray. A nice gentleman sitting at the bar gave me one. I am a bartender in a VERY high volume bar so maybe I just have high expectations but a customer ashing in their HAND is completely UNacceptable! I had to grab the nice boy at the door for a side of mayonnaise in which the manager brought out to me. The only time this woman (it says Melissa D. On my bill) checked on me (Which was ONCE) is when she saw the manager bringing me my mayonnaise. Food was decent and the strawberry long island was okay but the customer service is TERRIBLE! I would definitely recommend any of the many other restaurants in the area over this one! She would have gotten a $ 10-​$ 15 tip (my tab was $ 20) from me considering I am industry and tip very well but she instead got $ 3. Get it together!

I have been to a couple applebee’s around town, why? Because all of our friends gather there for the half price apps & drink specials going on. It seems like every time I go to this particular applebee’s the service is not friendly, really relaxed as if they don’t have a job to do, and asking for more or less of something is a chore. Just thought I’d share how distasteful my experience with my friends has always been at this particular one. Sad because its closer for most of us.
