I Ordered food online, and when I went to pick it up, there was no record of my order (I had arrived 5 min after the time to give them a little leeway). They had to re enter my entire order. Waited for 25 min after my ‘pickup time’

Had the beer cheese soup, very salty. Chicken wings were so dry and over cooked. Chicken wrap was full of nacho chips, talk about crunch. Service is good though…

Great wings. Good specials. Plenty of tvs. Good looking server staff who are also fast and good and enthusiastic about their job. Love it here

Best wings ever, good size crispy and just enough sauce. The lobster macaroni was excellent. My burger was way over cooked, I will definitely return but will skip the burger.

Went for lunch on Sunday. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich, which was fine. However, my dining companions had the All-​You-​Can-​Eat chicken and the Cheesesteak sandwich. The chicken seemed like it had been cooked early in the morning and left under heat lamps until needed. The Cheesesteak meat was dry, and the provel cheese sauce its advertised as having was minuscule at best.
But that’s nothing compared to the rest of the dining experience. Our waiter, when he could be bothered to stop by, was most likely drunk at work. I could smell it from the moment he came to the table the first time. He would forget things we asked for, then act as if it was the first request when we asked politely again. It was pretty obvious.
I can forgive bad food, it happens. But an employee that reeks of alcohol from a distance is totally unacceptable. There are plenty of other dining establishments in St Charles to choose from going forward.

Went with a group of six friends on sunday the service was adequate the chicken fingers i ordered where terrible dry and overcooked and no dipping sauce was offered so its ketchup or nothing? For the price of the meal i expected much more that bad fast food ! The fried chicken my friends ordered was so over cooked it was dark brown and dry to make up for it the server brought them a additional plate of chicken to split really the same burnt crap you originally brought them. To top things off i used the restroom and could not even wash my hands because not one but both soap dispensers where empty ! There are to many other restaurants out there to settle for over priced bad food i think this place is on its final days of being in buisness and I will not return !!!

The pizza was awesome but I didn’t have my rewards card in this purse and they wouldn’t give my points with my phone number and they said they wouldn’t give them to me if I brought back my receipt later with my card. Just not right.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now as a regular, but have dined here for about 10 years.
It has a very comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. As you expected, the wings here are the best I’ve had in St. Louis. The best I’ve ever had (frequent traveler) They have a juke box here that allows you to download an app and pay any song you want. Very fun for a full service bar and restaurant. Prices are very fair and they have a lower priced lunch menu. As a smoker I am very welcome here as it still has a smoking section (the bar)
I even have an «I LOVE CULPEPERS» sticker on my car. I definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

First time here: last time here.
This short dinner date I planned with a friend turned into a two hour long process. Asked for drink and food specials. Was given wrong information on food specials. Server was confused all around. $ 3.50 margaritas and we ask for 2. One strawberry, one lime. We get those and they’re frozen. I don’t question because I assume the waitress knows we wanted the special and maybe they are the special– i wouldn’t know, have never been there.
I ordered 9 oz sirloin– medium well– with «fresh fruit» and house salad. Friend gets salmon entrée with house salad. Salads are salads… Entrée arrives: sirloin is way to pink to my liking but i don’t have time to send it back. «Fresh fruit»: wasn’t aware it came with juice. AKA: out of a can. Very disappointing. Order dessert: can’t complain there.
When we get the bills, friends salad in which she asked for as a side not in addition to was $ 5.00 server argued and my friend doesn’t argue so she lets it go. I paid for our drinks which were supposed to be $ 3.50 and they are 4 & 5.50. I immediately ask her why and the server tells me she thought that was what I wanted. No, I asked for the special and said 2 of those please. If strawberry and lime aren’t 3.50 then please let me know so I can change my order. Don’t order something you think I would want.
We wait 15 for her to change the prices, and 20 minutes for her to take my money and then she comes back empty handed. Then 15 more minutes she says my change will be right back… Uh? My bill was $ 32.34 and I gave her $ 40.35 she brings me $ 7.50 back. I tell her I gave her exact change and she argues that there was only a nickel in there– no, there was a quarter and a dime. I gave up arguing with her. She shorted herself money in the end. Very unorganized. Very dumb server. Will not be back.

I went in with my roommates and we got a Reuben, a Bacon Cheeseburger, and a Patty Melt.
My roommate was fine with his Melt and the Reuben was good but the burger was mediocre (my guy and I split the Reuben and burger so I tried both).
The waffle fries were good but the side of fruit we ordered was not «fresh» but out of a can and tasted like heavy syrup. Luckily the server was gracious enough to swap the fruit with fries that came out hot and fresh with yummy seasoning.
Overall, our experience was just okay. Nothing special but nothing horrible. I wasn’t impressed with some of the prices. I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.

Fast good service. Food was average but priced accordingly.

I eat here about twice a month. The service and food are always great. Haven’t found any thing on the menu that isn’t good.

I went for lunch on a hot October Thursday with my friend and her 18 month old son. We sat outside on the patio – the only customers – and STILL received good service! I was very surprised at that, thought for sure the waiter (Josh) would forget his one outside table. Josh was terrific, said how cute my friend’s son was, and gave us really good service. The food was good, too. I had the white chicken chili (for me, it is REALLY hard to screw that up!) and the golden chicken wings.
My only complaint was that the music was BLARING out on the patio – we felt like we were at a bar. We asked our waiter to turn down the music, and he did.

OK so after my first visit and not so great review I was contacted by a member of their management team about the issues I had mentioned in my review. She apologized for the issues I had and offered to send me gift card so that I could give them another try.
I decided to use it at another location that didn’t allow smoking, of which I will do a separate review later on.
I used what remained from that visit to order a burger and fries on line through their web site. I actually really liked this because I could just pick up my food and not be subjected to people smoking.
I ordered the buffalo burger and waffle fries. Then I went to pick it up about an hour later. I walked in and still experienced the smokey off putting smell that was a problem before but frankly I wasn’t surprised this time. I had to go to the bar to pick up my food.
The lady that helped ring me up was nice and quickly got my food to me. Unfortunately there was a couple sitting near the bar both smoking and I literally had to almost hold my breath so that I didn’t inhale an entire cigarette. Wish they would grow a pair and just freaking make this a non smoking establishment, I don’t really care if the county allows it.
Now on to the food. Got back to my job and found that the burger that was suppose to be «tossed» in buffalo sauce was more like greased with it. I could barely taste the buffalo «sauce» and all I could tell that it had been applied to the sandwich was that there was a grease stain in the container that had a buffalo scent to it. I wish I hadn’t paid more for this sandwich and just ordered a regular burger.
The fries on the other hand were more abundant than when I had dined in and were really great.
I guess this time was better than the last because the service was great but the food was still just OK not great.
Also the smoke issue is pretty pathetic. We are all living in the 21^st century and it has been proven that smoke causes issues with people’s health. Myself being asthmatic I will not be back until this is no longer a problem and if the food gets better.

This was a standard dinner that ended with a smile and no lingering feeling of discontent. I would return, nothing super special, but absolutely no real complaints. Process this review for future dinner decisions.
I felt like writing a different style review. I call this one «Mission Eat-​Possible». Hahahahaha!

This place was one of the most horrendous restaurants i have been in a long time. It reeks of cigarette smoke that is ‘covered’ with offensive air freshener. We ordered the skins and wings appetizer and while the boneless wings were good the potato skins had lakes of dark brown grease under them. Our entrees, a cheesesteak and chicken fiesta wrap, were completely inedible and the ranch I ordered to go with the steak fries was rancid.

Culpeppers is a great place to hang out with your friends. It’s roomy, comfortable, has great food, and the prices are reasonable.
We have been here a lot over the years, and I have to say that they have some of the best clam chowder I’ve ever tasted. Their potato skins are also way above par. The wings are good — any of the flavors. The service is always great, and unlike most restaurants, several of the servers will ask how you are doing as they walk by instead of ignoring you and making your own server worry about your table.
The only suggestion I have for this particular location is to turn up the thermostat. Winter or Summer, this place is COLD.
The beer is also cold, and if you combine that with a bowl of soup and an order of «skins and bones,» you can eat great for a very small price.

As I approached the door to the restaurant, I could smell smoke. I was relieved to find another place where I am still allowed to work on my lung cancer.
We sat at the bar because my date knew the bartender, Aaron. As I put my fat butt on the barstool, he threw done a draft of Bud Select like he had the psychic connection. I immediately professed my love for him.
Me and my love are both HUGE wings fans so I was eager to try something new. We got the cajun wings and the gold wings. Gold wings are your standard hot stuff with a hint of honey to them. HEAVEN! The cajun wings were standard hot sauce with cajun seasoning. Woah! These guys made my sinuses kick! I was not a fan, but the boy loved ‘em.
We had a sexy alligator shot, which apparently comes in a martini glass and was amazing.
Loved the wings. Loved the service. I can’t find it in my heart to give 5 stars to chain… so my one and only complaint was that it was warm inside, temperature wise.

Everyone needs a fallback restaurant. I’m happy to say, Culpeppers is mine.
I live down the street so that obviously makes it easy to stop in when I’m having a rough day and need to get a quick snack or if i don’t feel like changing for dinner.
The food is always consistent, the prices are great, the people behind the bar are fun (Bri and Aaron have a following of their own), and they have a Golden Tee (currently 2011)!
I love the steak salad, even though it’s tough to manage in the beginning because it really is a big serving. The Culpeppers burger is great and their wings have a deserving reputation.
The only downside is sometimes when you’re at this location you’re reminded that you’re in Saint Charles.

It’s a decent place, decent food and pretty good service. I had a blt which had more bacon than I liked but it was cooked just about right and put together well. I would go back if in the area.
