Just another McDonalds. No major complaints. The staff was a bit preoccupied with personal horseplay, but there were having fun so I don’t mind. You have to make the most of work in my opinion. We went in, I always prefer to go inside as opposed to the drive through. I hate drive throughs. We ordered from the new menu, which has been trimmed of some extras. I personally miss the extra items, but I understand why they trimmed the menu after posting less than stellar results on their bottom line this year. Our order was up rather quickly. They forgot our fries, which left me a bit dumbfounded, but they rectified the issue without complaint. Food was alright. Cheese never melted, but overall tasty. It’s a McDonalds.

Great location. Staff are friendly and prompt. Always seems busy. Not an especially large seating area. Access can be a bit tricky, as Elm is busy and includes a turn lane, when turn left out across traffic.

I feel bad this place has one star. Apparently having to pay for an extra BBQ sauce with a meal that usually doesn’t come with BBQ sauce means the service was bad and the food was horrible. The service every time I have been there has been fantastic. I can get through the drive thru with no less than 10 cars in under five minutes, maybe even faster, they’re certainly organized inside. It’s also nice on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when they have $ 1.99 happy meals. As far as McDonald’s go, you know what you’re getting with the food. You don’t know about the service and this location has it down.

When I was told I can only have 5BBQ sauces and any additional would cost $.30. After I just purchased 2 mcchicken meals. I will never go to this location again. There is no reason to charge for sauces, and the fact this location is. I’ll drive a couple miles and get what I need to eat my meal. Or I’ll go to jack n the box across the street.
