I recently visited my local Sprint store with many questions regarding the leasing options verses the purchase of new iPhones on my current Sprint plan. I was given clear and accurate information by Terez and decided to lease a new iPhone 6+ with a glass protector screen and shatterproof case and insurance. The next day I had some more questions about purchasing or leading another new iPhone for my daughter, who is in school out of state, and is currently also sharing minutes on my plan. I called the store and spoke with Kiersten and she, too, was very informative as to hep we should best go about this between states from different stores. She saved both of us a lot of extra trouble and confusion by patiently explaining how this should be done. Then today I came in to complete that transaction with my daughter at her local Sprint store at the se time and was helped by Karmyn, who was also very knowledgable, courteous, patient, and friendly. I was very impressed with the expertise and patience of all three of these Sprint employees and I will be adding two more iHones to my plan in the next week. I really appreciate doing business with a company who genuinely seems to appreciate my business in return, and I will be staying with Sprint because I feel comfortable with how professionally these three employees represented their company! Thank you for making buying and leading new phones so easy! And for clearly and thoroughly explaining all my options!

I stopped by this store to see if they could replace the middle button that had fallen out of my iPhone. Unfortunately they could not. But that’s not the reason I am giving them the terrible review. I am writing this review because before I gave them my phone to «try and fix» I closed out all of my apps. When my phone was returned I me 15 minutes later I was furious to see that my photos had been looked through. To me this is a complete invasion of privacy!!! I also buy things through different apps on my phone, how am I to know they don’t compromise that information. I will NEVER go back to this location again. I’ll also be calling to speak to the manager tomorrow. Stay away from this location unless you want your privacy violated.

Clean facility that always seems to be full of customers. Friendly customer service but some of the salesmen give different information before and during the sale about what’s available and the terms of the agreements.

Make sure 2 check the bills– before you sign or check any boxes for the contracts– CHECK what’s their– they add whatever they want!& don’t even say anything about it– it’s never brought up in conversation
