We loved Debbie’s so much. We ate there a few weeks ago and it was amazing. The Reuben was incredible. We also had the turkey cranberry and that was good. They gave us a slice of their chocolate cake just because.

Great customer service and I have had dinner here a bunch of times. Shepard’s to the meatloaf jalapeño pot roast I’ve tried it all and love it. Boohoo if there out of devils batch small shops sometimes run out of things if you shopped local you would know that. Try the salted caramel black magic cake hands down the best cake I have ever eaten. Thanks guys cant wait to see what soups your adding.

I like to buy locally and support businesses around my house. So I went to Debbie’s Deli because of the raving reviews. I gave it 2 stars because I ordered the meat loaf and it was mediocre at best for $ 10. I appreciate that it was homemade and fresh but it really wasn’t THAT great. Also, they ran out of Devils batch before I got there. I got there at 3:30, not sure how you run out before the dinner rush. Poor planning. I will be back because I want to try their sandwiches and the guy told me they were adding more soup to their menu like a tomato and bisque.

The Rueben was the best one sandwiches I’ve ever had. Everything we had was delicious. The owners were awesome, thoughtful, and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back — possibly for dinner tonight. This is the kind of local place that you want to see succeed! I can’t recommend highly enough!

The reuben is amazing. Maybe the best I’ve ever had. Fresh marbled rye. Great sauerkraut and plenty of melted cheese and sauce. Hip funky place and they were very nice.

Top notch. The best meatloaf I have ever had. Everything on the menu is made in house. The sandwiches may be simple, but the quality ingredients make the difference. Service is super friendly. I recommend the Italian sandwich. Biscuits and gravy served all day, they are to die for and only $ 3.75 with tax.

When my fiancée brought home a to-go box of their meatloaf dinner(a new addition!), I was skeptical only because the place didn’t look like much from the outside when I had driven by in the past. But I tried a bite and found myself there the very next day. I’ve been several times since and the dinners have all been good. Meatloaf, shepherds pie, rosemary chicken. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed — I wasn’t!

I just plain love this place. The pasta and potato salads are delicious and are made with such fresh ingredients. Then the sandwiches! I’m a vegetarian and my husband is vegan and so usually when we go to get a sandwich it is made up of crunchy bread and soggy vegatables. That is NOT the case here! The bread is top quality and a good varitey, the vegetables are all fresh and taste how they should, and their are so many different fixins to choose from. You leave with a sandwich fit for a king. Oh man and talk about an amazing breakfast burrito! I haven’t tried any of the dinners yet but believe me I will. I have been to a lot on sandwich shops around and truly this one is my favorite. You can tell they take pride in the food they make and that comes through in the quality you get.

I’ve been meaning to try Debbie’s Deli for some time. Finally I stopped by and grabbed a sandwich and pasta to share with the hubby. We were both impressed by the quality ingredients on our sandwich. Top quality meats/cheese and fresh veggies. For two people we were able to get a hearty lunch for $ 9, not too bad! I would happily go back and can’t wait to sample other sandwiches on their menu!

A few of us at work were starving and decided to give Debbie’s a try. Best decision we’ve made since we kicked Jeimy out of the group. We ordered some breakfast burritos and a «French Toast Soufflé». VERY reasonably priced soufflé($ 3!). We waited about 15 – 20 minutes, but we found out why: made to order and great quality ingredients, plus it was 3 burritos and a soufflé. Not to mention really nice service. Breakfast burritos were amazing and all, but that soufflé was the best decision we’ve made since we kicked Jeimy out of the group. This will now be our new favorite breakfast place. Don’t tell Jeimy.

I am pleasantly surprised at this place. The sandwiches are delicious, with fresh ingredients, the size is big and you can accompany with green salad, pasta salad or potato salad. two people can spend only 17 dollars or so. There is also variety of salads, dessert, and soups. If you eat smaller portions you can order only half the sandwich and you’ll be fine. The restaurant has parking, it is quite clean and the owner is very nice and concerned customers. Soon they will have breakfast!

I’m a meat snob, there, I said it! The meat is exquisite and I asked for low carb so they made me an excellent salad. Super accommodation and love the décor. Try it now!

Not super conveniently located on the West side of 700 E. and the north side of 2700 S.(you can get to it from the gas station parking lot), it’s a newer place that has taken over the old Ali Baba’s spot and is primarily a sandwich shop calling itself a deli. There is no current deli aspect to this place, but possibly they intend to do so at some point in the future. More than anything, this place seems to be trying to get its legs underneath it. In this spirit, this entire review will be basically suggestion-oriented. Inside is very nicely done, but this is one of the few places I’d say could actually really use a tv. Graphics in general would do well here. I liked the chalkboard menu thing, since it was nearly entirely legible, but that doesn’t really do the sandwiches justice. I had the Buzz Bomb(I think) sandwich and it came out as a very handsome tower. When I saw it on slices of bread, though, I figured I was sunk. I’ll get this out of the way and say it was tasty, but I could have done without the raw spinach. What we have here, though, is rather thickly cut roast beef, spicy Dijon mustard slathered on both halves of the bread(I found myself wishing one of those had mayo instead), then a various collection of other veggies, the usual standard ones, including a couple different kinds of pepper. Now, go find a sliced white bread that will stand up to that. This one sure didn’t. This, then, is my next suggestion that they do one of two things: either cut down the sandwiches so they don’t have to be smashed together to fit into a mouth(preferable) or at least have some nice pictures of that thing so people know what they’re getting into. The hours are for a lunch counter and this is a whole lot of sandwich for lunch, but worse yet, it also becomes sloppy from the compressing forces necessary to be able to stuff it in one’s face. I was thinking repeatedly whilst working my way through this that it would make a great(possibly) better salad, yet there is not a single solitary salad option on that menu. That is a mistake. They would do well to get some plastic forks(I didn’t see any, but assume they at least have spoons, since they offer soup and bowls and make up some salad. Maybe get some bread bowls and you can have a salad in that instead of soup. Even the foam clamshell things would probably serve in a pinch. Easy option to add and they should. Last, but not least, is having some better drink selections. Now, with the gas station right next door in walking distance across the parking lot, this is not a superhuge deal, but if I’m them, I want people in my shop to spend the money with me while they’re there and not walk somewhere else to have to do it. There is not, for instance, a single sugar free offering to be had, other than bottled water. I think this place is off to a promising start, overall. The people running it are nice and seem invested in the satisfaction of their guests. But here’s the hook. Sandwiches are one of the most competitive, if not THE most competitive culinary styles in the city and we have a number of great ones here. They’ve got some road ahead before they get to those. There is not really anything, other than thicker cut slices of meat, that really differentiated their product from everything else out there. I’d rather go here than a number of other sandwich shops, but not solely because of food. I’m interested to see what they do and hopeful it will take off, but I think they have some fine tuning to do first…

This place is fun, excellent sandwiches made by people who know what they are doing in a kitchen. Out of everything I have tried, the roast beef is my favorite so far. It’s a thick cut roast beef, excellent quality. This is not your regular deli counter meat. It was probably the best roast beef I have ever had. The sandwich came with a dijon mustard. I hate dijon. I could not put this sandwich down. I have gone back for another and once again chose to get it with the mustard. This sandwich changed my opinion on dijon. I will be returning to try more things, I have heard the pasta salad is delicious. That’s next on my list. The menu is beautiful, they employed a local artist to do chalk artwork. It is worth going to just see that. They have local art hanging on the walls and are an excellent addition to the local community. Go in and try a sandwich today. Tell them brandon sent you.
