Pretty bad! I ordered an overpriced burger that didn’t taste very good. It looked and tasted like it was steamed instead of grilled. Service was good. I feel sorry for the wait staff having to serve such bad food.

Ha ha! Hilarious. When you don’t expect much it’s hard to be disappointed, but this place makes the Sbarro next to it feel like fine dining. Special thanks to the unhelpful folks behind the counter. Enjoy the photo.

Seriously, is this place a joke? Look, I’ve been to many an airport bar and know never to expect much. But whatever they are doing here is just plain wrong. Let’s face it, microbrews are all the trend right now. Local, small batches or exotic flavored suds attract a diverse crowd, so sure, bringing a bar serving these brews to the San Antonio Airport clearly is a good idea. The problem? They don’t serve one single microbrew. Heck, I’d give them a pass on making their own beer, as the name implies, if they at least served some sort of something that can be considered micro. This place is beyond deceiving and should not be allowed to do business under this name. It’d be as if I opened a wine bar and only served well cocktails. It really is a sham and these people should be ashamed of themselves. On my visit yesterday evening, to make matter worse, the long list of drafts(actually 5) that they normally had, bud light, shiner bock, budweiser etc. were all out. Their taps were down, but hey, there are bottles, right? Well, sorta. They only had a few types of bottled beer around, with the closest thing to even remotely micro was the Shiner Bock, which at least is sorta local. But, seriously? I heard a lady next to me ask for a glass of wine and their answer was«sorry, we are all out.» How do you call yourself a bar, let alone a microbrewery and be out of all of those things? The interior is just as crappy as the above. You feel like you are in an awkward, cramped office cafeteria with white walls and tile floors, not at a bar looking to drink yourself silly. Avoid, AVOID, AVOID at all cost. You have two other alcohol options in this small airport, the Vino Volla and the sports bar. Go with one of those if you respect your drinking even slightly. This place just has it ALL wrong.

Not impressed. Service was good, food was less than average. Burgers were frozen pre-made patties and lacked flavor. Fries were too salty and a little under cooked. It’s airport priced as well, which doesn’t make it any better. There’s not a lot of options in the airport so I suggest you grab some food before you depart. Skip this one.
