Bella Bride Boutique

I. LOVE. Bella bridal! I cannot even describe my love for this store. Sometimes I wish I could get married all over again, just so I could come back and dress shop with these lovely ladies again!
They’re so warm, accommodating and friendly. They gave genuine advice and weren’t pushy to make a sale. This was the first and last stop in my dress shopping experience and I don’t regret it.

I really enjoyed my experience at this bridal boutique. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They made me feel important and were kind to all my family. I unfortunately did not buy my dress here though. After trying on a few dresses I thought I had found my dress, but had another appointment elsewhere so I went and found a dress I liked a little more and it was much cheaper. I wish I would of bought my dress from them though bc I really really enjoyed my experience at Bella bridal.

By far the best bridal store in San Antonio. They have the most beautiful selection of wedding dresses and the ladies here are absolutely amazing. Caroline was as sweet as can be, patient and so helpful. She has a wonderful eye when it comes to styling you in a wedding dress that you’ll love. I love that they carry the Hayley Paige Blush collection and Mikaella. Plus this salon just feels like you’re at a real wedding boutique like in the movies. These ladies will take amazing care of you.

This was the first of two appointments in the search for my daughter’s wedding dress. The store is spacious, well lit, with a nice comfy seating area in the middle. Nice selection of dresses, not overwhelming, reasonably priced, and not in bags which made it easy to go back and forth looking at dresses. The consultants were VERY helpful in helping my daughter determine what she wanted, as she really didn’t have much of an idea. After trying on 4 – 5 dresses, she thought she found «the one». They encouraged us to go to the second appointment and to call if we wanted to come back. We did and didn’t find anything that compared, and so returned. Tried the dress on again, this time «jacking her up» and that sealed the deal! After saying «YES» they had sparkling wine for us to toast our good fortune, too! They made the experience enjoyable and easy!

This sweet and intimate bridal shop was my first stop for trying on dresses, because they carry Rosa Clara, Pronovias, and Essense of Australia; many of the other shops I had contacted while making appointments did not. I was excited to see their selection, but a little concerned and nervous about getting the boutique horror experience you read about online. Fortunately, Bella Bride offered NONE of those scary stories, and ALL of the best that other Unilocalers had described!
Before coming in, I had actually taken a look at the Bella Bride Instagram to browse their collection and see other Bella Brides. I wanted to be sure that my body type and budget would be welcome at a boutique store. The shop owner remembered answering my comments online, and anticipated what I would want to try on. I also think she anticipated what would complement me, but she let me try on what I wanted to at first anyway. I’m not very decisive and was a little overwhelmed, but she helped me narrow it down one by one.
After helping me into each dress, she asked me how I felt before letting me step out where my mother and sister could see me, encouraging me to consider my own comfort first. Not once did I feel pressured in a different direction than I wanted, and she let my reaction to the dresses be a guide.
When I found a dress I loved, she wrote helped me find a matching veil, and then wrote down the style numbers for me to hold onto while I made a decision. I told her I had other dress appointments today, because of course there are a few Vera Wang gowns every girl has to try on, and she was very understanding of that as well. She knew this was «the dress to beat,» but it was the service to beat as well! I am so happy that my first experience in wedding dress shopping was such a good one, and would encourage other brides to set an appointment with Bella; you won’t be let down! It seems like a small store, but the selection they do carry is top notch!
One small tip: there is a Bella Bridal sign right next door to Fred Astaire Dance Studio, but this is not the correct location. Go down to the next shopping center and turn in near the Corner Bakery to find Bella’s spot.

I had the BEST experience at Bella bride. Alexandra was so helpful, positive, and kind. She was so knowledgable and she made me truly feel like a bride! I found my perfect Stella York fitted dress and they have a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend Bella bride boutique :)

I cannot begin to tell you how relieving it was to find this place. I have some crazy circumstances surrounding my wedding and moving out of the country two months before the date. Alexandra and Tracey took all my stress away. I do not write reviews lightly and I will tell everyone in San Antonio to go there first to save you some time and questionable experiences other places. They unfortunately were my sixth bridal gown stop but was all worth it in the end. The shop is clean and posh, smells nice as well! Great experience! And I did say Yes to the Dress! Go here first!

Amazing experience! You have to make an appointment here! I had a group of family and friends come with me and these ladies stayed focused on me even though my crew had tons of questions and opinions. I found the perfect dress! I was shocked with the style of dress I picked compared to what I imagined my dress would look like. I’m so incredibly happy and I am excited to work with the ladies at Bella through the rest of this exciting process.

I had a horrible first experience at another boutique. But after going to Bella Bride I finally felt like the «special bride» I saw on TV. It was only my second appointment and I couldn’t bring myself to go anywhere else… They made me feel important, took time with each dress I tried on, and took all my interests into consideration when choosing one. They even helped me feel secure enough to try on dresses I hadn’t thought I would like, but ended up falling completely in love! They worked well with my budget too, and overall I wouldn’t recommend anybody else! I can’t wait to show off my beautiful gown. Thank you ladies for such a genuine experience!

I went to Bella Bride Boutique after going to David’s Bridal, where I felt like I was a cow being herded through the dress buying process as quickly as possible. It was an absolutely horrific experience. I had tried one other small boutique and had a great experience, but I wanted to try just one more shop before making a decision. I am SO glad I did. From the moment I walked into this beautiful boutique, I was immediately impressed. It was spotless, well organized, and the dresses were displayed perfectly. There was room on the racks to actually see the dresses on display, unlike most shops where hundreds of dresses are smushed together, leaving you to rely on your imagination to guess what the dress looks like. The young ladies working there were sweet, enthusiastic, and gave me all of their attention. They allowed me to try on as many dresses as I liked. They paid close attention to the look I was going for, but were sure to offer their expertise on what would look the best. I finally found my dream dress, and they made the event such a special moment in the wedding planning process. They even offered my party and I a complimentary champagne toast to celebrate. I will say that this salon doesn’t have hundreds of dresses, but that is actually a positive. Everything they do have is immaculate, and they don’t just clutter their boutique with ugly, outdated, filler-​dresses. They truly made what could’ve been a stressful experience, one to remember for years to come. I highly recommend these wonderful women to anyone. I’m proud to be a Bella Bride!

Bella bride boutique was like a fairytale and exactly what I imagined my experience to be when I found the one! Alexandra and Maia were absolutely the best and were completely focused on my wants and needs. Every girl dreams of getting that Kleinfeld experience like we all see on TV and this place is just that but in San Antonio! They are so personable and listened to my vision and I even went back and got my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dress from there! I cannot wait to tie the knot in my gorgeous gown in October!

I have been to probably 100 bridal boutiques and Bella Bride is definitely in the top five all time. Alexandra and Maia were so helpful and so sweet. They were honest when something didn’t look that great on me, which is rare for people in sales, but didn’t stop until we found the perfect one. They really do help you find the perfect dress specifically for you. Amazing customer service… Couldn’t have asked for more! I highly recommend them.
